  • kinda hard to drift in a awd

  • my dad does that with a van

  • The US/North America market had the two tone in liquid silver, pearl white and claret in 92. In 93, all US versions were AE editions but the color choices for Canada remained the same and in 94, the only 2 tone SVX was the pearl white which was phased out mid year. In other markets, there were much different paint schemes than what was available in the US. The most rare being an all yellow version, of which there may have been less than 10 ever produced. This one IS factory paint color

  • actually to everyone saying the SVX never came two tone, your wrong, in fact there was also a popular 3 tone grey in japan that ran for a couple years as a stock paint job, I believe it was 94 thru 96 but not exactly sure of the year, the red and black I do not remember being an option tho, usually black tops only came on the pearls

  • @FloridaGecko The JDM tritone was only available in the early years, I believe phased out by 94. There is a JDM tritone that is located in the US that is a 92 MY

  • Look at that sex slide! ;)

  • Man, I've watched this video so many times. I have a Brilliant Red 97 LSi too. I like your color much better though, the black really makes it look nice.

  • EG33SVXLSi:

The car is Subaru Red Mica/Swiss Ruby Mica, color code 247 (which isn't located in the VIN).

Secondly, the 1993 Anniversary model is a USDM model only (it marked the 25th anniversary of S.O.A. being in America) and came only in Barcelona Red (color code 372) it never was a two-tone color.

The car in this video is obviously not a USDM car.

  • @swimboy1993 they didn't produce two tone paint of black and red in the usa. Dude ur an assclown do ur research first.

  • @EG33SVXLSi Im not going to argue. A friend owned one, with clear coat pealing uniformly over the car, it was obviously not aftermarket.

  • @swimboy1993 VIN number to prove it? then no they didnt have black and red as a 1997 Color choice. I belive the only time black and red MIGHT have been produced was in 1993 for the anniverisery model. MAYBE.

  • @EG33SVXLSi lol, Im not going to post a friends vin on here...thats just stupid. Ive seen a few dude, where are you getting this info that "THEY DID NOT PRODUCE IT"?

  • No its not lol. Wtf r u talking about. Look up ur vin number it tells u ur color of the car. Black and red was never a two tone color of the svx.

  • @EG33SVXLSi apparently you are an "expert" on european SVX versions especialy on mine

  • @ikariexb1lem its ok that your in disbelif. but thats an aftermarket color. the SVX regardless of its origin in 1997 did not have 2 tone. your welcome have a nice day.

  • @EG33SVXLSi my SVX is originally dualtone, it´s original swiss version made at the end of the 1996 as model 1997 sold in may 1997 in showroom in Switzerland later came in the Czechlands... end of story

  • @ikariexb1lem ive seen two black and silvers at the dealer ship (at the same time) in michigan....so those other fucks dont know what there talking about

  • Comment removed

  • I didn't realise the 1997 came with the two-tone paint.

  • @MikeyRB77 lol it didnt. he painted it himself

  • @EG33SVXLSi you can be sure, that not, it´s fabric original...

  • my car is absolutely original even CD/tape/radio player is original and still funkcional

  • fun fun fun !

  • and if you have the automatic still, i think it has great power in 2nd gear with manual mode on so it stays in that gear, it slides pretty good and has control in 2nd.

  • any mods done to your SVX?

  • yeah, sliding around on snow is totally drifting.

  • What better way to treat a 97 than that ;) but no, I miss my SVX... love these cars. Car is a champ!

  • nice svx
