Good clean fun! I had almost forgotten about Bedell and the piles of music he turned out. The only thing I play is his L'Adoration Mystique around Christmas or the week after. My first teacher used to talk about Bedell who used to substitute organist for him at church. He said the Maitre was an older man, had a very 'unique' voice because he spoke that "Fran-glais" speech, not French, not English. He always wore a cape, a Spanish cleric's garb with his medals pinned to it. Very special man.
