@cizardev Its not bad, other than it kind of overheat easily and the rear diff need to be shimmed. Its a fun mini, and though. But you need a nice surface to have fun, if theres rocks bumps etc... its not practical.. it just bouce.

@cizardev No i mean its so small that the truck will bounce over bumps, rock getting stuck under the chassis will make the truck jump out of control, thats what i meant :)

But if the surface is nice its a lot of fun :)

I tried running in sand but sand got into my motor, esc, and receiver.. i'm using tamiya tt-01 and df-01. do you think it's ok to run in sand and grass both dry without any protection or seal? thanks for your reply =)

I never had a single problem, other than ive ran in gravel road a couples time and after doing some drifting a rock got stuck on the esc and broke the fan... i had to get a new one. We got plenty of sand in the esc, we just turn the truck upside down to remove the sand and it seem fine.

If everything is dry there shouldnt be any problem.

To run in sand we did nothing, we just ran them in sand, no problems :)

amazing Vid i never knew brushless could be so fast..! how much charging time is required to charge the batteries and how long could you play...? I have an everio cam but what program do u use for editing?

Thank you :) on a SC8e with 2 3S lipo in serie with 5000mah it last about 30 minutes more or less depending the surface (soft sand will use more power)

And take about 1 hour to charge, it will depend what charging rate the battery is rated for, some newest batteries can be charged pretty fast for their size.

no problem :) theres 2 setup for the esc lvc(cutoff), nimh and lipo,

to run 4S you need to let it on "nimh"

but watch the voltage. :)

Yes the rear diff strip, but you can shim the diff using team associated shims, it will greatly help longevity of the diff gear :)

It was the 1/10 e-revo (theres a 1/10 and a 1/16) :) a tie-rod end broke on the crash.

The nitro version is the same, we could see the nitro engine mounting holes on the chassis.

only difference is the brushless motor mount, and it have no mechanical brakes...

If you go electric a tekin 2650 can be good, or the castle creation 2650, we ran a 2200kv (castle) and a 1650kv(Neu) motor on it with a Castle creation MMM esc.

even on 2 4S in parrallel (4S) it will be qyuicker than the nitro version.

On 6S its crazy fast.

It was not converted, it is sold as a e-SC8, but its still a "converted" nitro RC8.... :)

The power is just insane, thats one of the reason i switched from nitro to electric.
