ive missed this band since glycerine now they are here again and i love it,they made me very happy with the new cd,the songs however seem to get stuck in my head today its redlight yesterday was this one and i only listenend to clips of each when i bought the music XD guess this band has that habit i always sang glycerine outta the blue...made my guy friends think i was weird cuz in the middle of a movie or whatever id sing it XD

About saving a friend from suicide? Hmmm.

But that's one of the great things about modern music in general, and Grunge bands specifically -- the lyrics are disjointed and vague enough to read almost anything into them (yesyesyes I know there are tons of exceptions).

8.957 times out of ten, I would rather come up with my own interpretation of a song than have one explicitly handed to me.

@Kyndo Yeah my mistake.. this song was actually about looking back in your life and being nostalgic of where you've been. But he did say on his site he got the idea from friends of his that committed suicide. So I still think there are ideas from that in this song.. it sounds like it has that theme.
