  • This video is a record of the facts of the statements of Ellen g White who has proven to be a false prophet according to the Bible. If you remain an adventist after the facts you are a follower of a false prophet. You have no excuse now because you heard the truth. Some of you follow your religion because you were grown up into it but be wise, you have to make your own decision based on the facts. The fact is Ellen G White was wrong and probably lead millions of followers with her to hell

  • @alta626

I personally believe that when we search for God with all our heart and read his word, he has the power to reveal to us all things through his Spirit.

In regards to days, keeping of days and things like that the bible tells us that we should let everyone be persuaded in his own mind. What is important is not the day but that we rest in Christ himself always:)

  • lulu.com/spotlight/helenohenzo

  • I believe that Jesus will also say to Walter: "I never knew you."

  • @imattci89

If I remember my parents have the matthew henry commentary set. I remember looking at it many times. you can access it on blueletterbible also along with many others. i generally like comparing what various commentaries say on certain subjects.

Curious, why do you think Jesus said the sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath instead of man was made for the sabbath? What would it have meant if he said it the other way?

  • @Myhopeisinhim Because then it would have seemed that Man was created for the purpose of keeping the Sabbath, which isn't true. God made everything else for Man. The Sabbath was set up for Man to worship God in the manner He chose. The Sabbath was given as a gift. Even if you believe that it was only given in Exodus, it doesn't remove the intent of it being a gift. The religious leaders back then were legalistic and made it into an obligation and restrictive, which Jesus was correcting.

  • @Myhopeisinhim Jesus said that because God meant the sabbath to be a rest for God's people, however Jesus meant eternal resting from our own works. The word sabbath means to rest. God was saying man must rest in the promises of God. If man could not rest in God's promises he would be destroyed. God wants us to trust in Him everyday, only faith in God brings rest or sabbath.

  • @MyBountykilla

    Amen:)

  • @eskimos11105

the one thing that gets me is that adventists want to accuse others of not keeping the sabbath and declare themselves as keepers but they bake, they boil, they'll buy stuff on the sabbath.

They don't keep it the biblical way either. They are no different then a christian who says they rest in christ daily.

  • @Myhopeisinhim True, and it has been a point of contention amongst ourselves for a long time. However, this is not possible for everyone and necessity comes first. In many parts of the world, there aren't enough housewives since most are also working to make ends-meet. In the end, they don't have time to prepare food before the Sabbath begins.

When Jesus' disciples went to gather grain for food on the Sabbath, Jesus explained that necessity overruled strict nose-pressing obedience.

  • @iMattCi89

How do you solve the priests profaning the sabbath? They were commanded to perform circumcision so the law of Moses wouldn't be broken and thus they profaned the sabbath, but they were guiltless? How?

  • @Myhopeisinhim If you're referring to John 7:22, Jesus did not say that they profaned the Sabbath by circumcising on the Sabbath. Circumcision hurts the body. Jesus healed a man. Both were done on the same day. He was showing them their hypocrisy of claiming that He broke the Sabbath by healing (but it isn't; it was a man-made law) while they circumcise on the Sabbath. It isn't against the law to heal on the Sabbath, that's what Jesus addressed.

  • @iMattCi89

Mat 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless

  • @Myhopeisinhim That doesn't say about circumcision though.

  • @Myhopeisinhim You should take a look at Matthew Henry's commentary on it, I quite agree with his view about what was talked about in that verse.

  • @Myhopeisinhim Thats because most of them are Hypocrits they only keep parts of the bible that apply to them as a lot of other christian denominations do but unlike others they will criticize others and not look at themselves, they compromise their believes and speak ill of others who disagree with their beliefs I've seen it first hand

  • @Alta626

Sadly, I've experienced that firsthand myself:( I've asked them questions pertaining to what the bible says about the sabbath, and found that they only keep what they feel should be kept and break they they feel doesn't need to be.

Part of the sabbath commands were not to boil or bake anything, and almost all of them do, which is exactly as you say, hypocritical.

  • @Myhopeisinhim Yep exactly I feel you, Just try growing up around people like that I can't stand 7 dayers. instead of asking for answers from hypocrites find God your own way, Remember everything in the natural world is relative and I believe that this can also be true for the spiritual world seek the truth for yourself and you will find your answers and also remember that God judges us by the contents of hearts its what's inside you that he looks at.

  • @Myhopeisinhim Concerning the Sabbath I was taught that it was a covenant between God and Man there were some that went as far as saying that you broke the sabbath for simply running through the church. Keep the Sabbath your way as long as you feel that you are doing it from the heart. As for me I will follow God my own way: remember God is said to have created all things that exist and that even our very hairs on our heads are numbered God is powerful enough seek us when we are troubled

  • Kent Hovind, Alejandro Bullón, Walter Veith, Stephen Bohr, Ellen G. White, Roger Morneau just to name a few ---- if after learning about the works of those people you still reject the Bible and Jesus Christ, then I feel really sorry for you. But God gave us free will and freedom of choosing things for ourselves. Just think for a moment, that every new religion was created after Jesus Christ. And every new prophet or god was only poor imitaion of Jesus Christ. Adventists are true Christians.

  • @Eskimos11105 Typical 7 Gay ad shit "Adventists are true Christians" There's no such thing as a true christian its all relative to the person and whats in their heart If you read the book of Samuel when the Prophet Samuel chose David when he was but a sheep herder over his many brothers who held the appearance of great men why did God not chose either of them because in the eyes of God they were not worthy because God doesn't look at the outside he looks at the heart.

  • The SDA think that because sinning takes place a "short time" that it doesn't have eternal consequences in punishment. They think because Hitler only lived a short time, he shouldn't be ETERNALLY PUNISHED, just because MURDERED, TORTURED WELL OVER 50 MILLION PEOPLE! IT'S A SMALL THING TO THEM THAT CHRIST SUFFERED SO MUCH AND THE WICKED STILL REJECT HIM! That's because the SDA thinks the Christ ONLY saved us from annihilation LIKE AN INSECT, NOT ETERNAL PUNISHMENT AS HE PROMISED THE WICKED.

  • @EricSaavy You must be a Baptist...eternal means until you are dead, you are taking the literal English interpretation. Look it up in a Strong's Concordance. Does the crime of sinning for a short span of time fit the punishment that you should remain in timeless torture? Your God doesn't sound very loving. Their was an everlasting fire when Sodom and Gomorrah burned, is it still burning? King David was supposed to rule forever, is he? I can give more examples. Study the bible, hell's the grave..

  • @OriahLivingston "Strong's"???? That's where you get your Greek Word studies from? How POOR! And yes, a crime of sinning as short span has eternal consequences! Adam & Eve sinned and all mankind (billions upon billions) as suffered for 1 sin! You have no understanding! ADAM & EVE AND GOD HAD TO SUFFER AND DIE TO REDEEM US! IT'S NOTHING TO YOU THAT ALL MANKIND AS SUFFERED BECAUSE OF 1 SIN. IT'S NOTHING TO YOU THAT CHRIST SUFFERED TO REDEEM US FROM ETERNAL PUNISHMENT! U R void of understanding

  • @EricSaavy The Bible translates eternal, eternity, forever etc. in Hebrew for the Old Testament & Greek for the New Testament. The word olam is used in the Hebrew & the word aion is used in the Greek. Look it up yourself, it's used to represent an age/a span of time. Do you even know what the real sin Eve committed was? Proverbs 30:20 should give you a hint as to what it was & help explain the reason behind Genesis 3:7, if in fact you know who the serpent (nachash-divine enchanter in Hebrew) was

  • @OriahLivingston Jude's use of the word aion and aionos (vs 21) in Jude vs. 13, 21 and 25 can only show that he means everlasting - eternal in duration punishment as he means the glory and majesty belongs to God everlasting and eternal ongoing (forever). The doctrine of eternal punishment was well established in Judaism long before the coming of Christ. Christ used the exact same terms extant in his day to PREACH EVERLASTING TORMENT IN FIRE. Read Josephus!

  • @EricSaavy A new heaven & a new earth will be created. Time will not exist. Time is the 4th dimension, which God created & is outside of, which is why He has no beginning or end. When we are w/the Lord, we won't be subject to time anymore. We will be in a timeless existence. Fire uses anything it burns as fuel, so if anything burns nonstop, that which burns is also timeless. God said He will destroy Lucifer & he'll be no more (Ezekiel) if he exists in a timeless fire, he's not destroyed is he?

  • @EricSaavy Ezekiel 28:18 - You have defiled your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your trading; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of you, it shall devour you, and I will bring you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold you. Skip back to 13 or 14 in 14 it says the same one was the anointed cherub that covereth. The same one in Revelation that will burn with his angels until he is ashes? or is the bible lying? Aion learn it.

  • Now i am a seventh day adventist my self and i have to say that Ellen G. White is not a part of the doctrine lets make that clear. secondly she is a person and is not some vessel that is being controlled all the time. Therefore not every word that comes out of her mouth is going to be ordained or not. now i havent fully decided rather or not i accept her as a prophet im just sayin its not part of the doctrine.

  • whoever preaches agains Adventists is satan in disguise. don't listen to them. they are working with devil!!! Adventists are wonderful people who read the Bible, follow 10 commandments and worship Saturday which is the true 7th day of the week before Rome changed it houndreds of years ago. Look at your calendar people! Sunday is listed as a first day, and not the last!!! Don't listen to those anti-Adventists people. They are wrong! They work with satan!

  • @Eskimos11105 I attend a Seventh Day Adventist church and I don't worship the Sabbath, that's Idolatry, the 2nd commandment. I would advise against that if you are trying to keep the 10 Commandments.

  • @OriahLivingston Whatever. Thanks. U do your thing & I do mine. I've been analyzing different religions and branches of Christianity for many many years. And my research brought me to Adventists. Nobody pushed me to become Adventist - I chose it myself. Adventists are true Christians. You cannot compare them to any other branch of Christianity. The title of this stupid video is very misleading: It's like saying: "Kraft (butter) vs. butter" Adventists are Christians! In every aspect and meaning!

  • @Eskimos11105 Okay? what does your response have to do with what I said about worshiping something that isnt the Lord himself? You should know the context of my message if you follow the 10 Commandments yes? I like Adventists, I attend their church weekly like I said, why the hostility in your response? I suggest you practice what you preach? or without sounding like I am returning evil with evil like in Peter, whatever, thanks you do your thing I'll do mine. (Just a reflection of how you sound)

  • @OriahLivingston Charlies Angel LOL is that the Best you can do??? You 7 Gays are weak even when you try to sound strongLOL I've been around your Kind for most of my life and you motherfuckers ain't nothing but some hypocritical lying bitches or your case since im assuming your a man a bunch of shemales aka bitches with Dicks, you can claim to cling to the name and power of King Jesus all you want but I know the truth you all are a bunch of lying bitches 7gays are funnyLOL

  • @Alta626 Let's see, first off..wrong IM, secondly I am not a member of any church and 3rd the Adventists are definitely more godly than you are, do you actually read all the defiling things you spew towards others? I hope you don't speak blasphemy by claiming to be one of the Lord's b/c then you would be as you put it, the motherfucking lying shemale bitch with a dick. And 7 gays? that the best YOU can do? seriously I hope you didn't trademark that shit b/c THAT would be funny LOL

  • @OriahLivingston LOL I only spew vile things towards people i hate LOL I hate 7 gays and I didn't say i was one of the lords even though the bible says "We are all Gods children" And no its not a trademarkLOL its the truth and yeah I DETEST THEM A LOT but What do you care? I thought you were one of the 7 gayers diffending them I guess your just a "GOOD SAMARITAN" but yes 7gays are full of shit I know I've been around them all my life being in a church or religion doesn't define character

  • @Eskimos11105 - This is typical SDA radical response. I guess, so many like this nutcase never looked up Genesis 1 and found that God created the 1st day of the week, not Satan. Everybody is of Satan, who doesn't agree with their tiny little cult. They blow the trumpet to call attention to themselves over their PRETENDED Sabbath keeping, like a Pharisaical Jew, the BRAG about keeping the law, while they persecute Christ, spread hate at him and call Christ, "Satan".

  • @EricSaavy ---- Whatever you say doesn't make sense. You either on drugs, drunk, instane or all three. And FYI you are satan too! R U happy now? And please don't bother me anymore. It looks like you set up your mind long time ago and nothing and nobody would be able to change it. Therefore: leave me alone!!!!

  • @EricSaavy Ezekiel 28:13 - You have been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of your timbrels and of your pipes was prepared in you in the day that you were "created". Ezekiel 28:15 - You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were "created", till iniquity was found in you. Sounds like a typical bible response...

  • This guy belongs in a straight-jacket in a padded room!

  • i was raised seventh day adventist... it sucked

  • @LadyMizra Sad to hear, because mine was exciting.

  • it bothers me that the man representing the SDA church cannot answer these simple questions.

  • @MikeyMinimo because there is no answer, the sda sect was started in 1863, are you telling me we waited 1863 years after Christ for the truth? God has 1 Church, there is not ,40,000 ways to get to Heaven.

  • @MysticalCity It wasn't started in 1863. Don't confuse the Millerite Movement here.

  • @iMattCi89 To be deep in history is to cease to be protestant- John Henry Newman

  • @MysticalCity ? how's that relevant? I was correcting you; it wasn't in 1863

  • @iMattCi89 even if you refuse to believe that the sda sect didn't start in 1863, the burden is on protestants to prove that the sda is the church of the apostles, the problem of course, is they cannot.

  • @MikeyMinimo Well believe me, it's a whole lot easier if you have a laptop and the Ellen G. White Writings

    Comprehensive Research Edition software installed.

  • There is nothing anyone can do to get into Heaven on there own accord even keeping the Sabbath...however through grace we have been saved by faith in Jesus Christ..a free gift from God. With this being said If we know Jesus and love Him we will do as He ask John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Revelation 22:14 says Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Follow God...not mans traditions.

  • Its a shame there is so much dissension in regards to the bible. To say your a Christian means that you believe in the bible...the whole bible. The Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. In both the old and new testament the Sabbath was kept. Jesus even kept the Sabbath in his death and did not rise till Sunday...hence Easter Sunday. Jesus said it himself Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

  • @BaptistBetsy I hate 7 Gayers but its not based on ELLEN WHITE even though a lot of Seven Gays love her its based on most of the fundamental principles in the bible and it centers around their faith in Jesus. They believe that when the world begins to go into chaos and end Jesus will return and those who are "saved" will recieve eternal life. The Sabbath or 7th day is held in honor of God creating the world in 6 days and resting on the 7th and is seen as a covenant between God and man

  • Adventist get people easily. But they also lose them even faster. No one buys into much of their contradiction for a long period of time. They look clean. But the inside is weird and contradictory. You can't combine Christianity with Judaism. They are from 2 different eras and they don't belong together. One was used to bring about the other. The Sabbath was meant for a nation of decendants starting with Abraham. Christianity is meant for all people of different tongues and nations.

  • @BaptistBetsy No, it's not.

  • As far as i'm concerned we don't base things on what Elen G white said but on what the BIBLE says.

  • @1AngelSolo MOST 7 GAY ADs love EG White more than Jesus trust me i've been around the adventist church all my life i've seen and heard it they are hipocrits HALO KILLER, FUCK ALL SEVEN GAYS and Mother fuck CHRISTIANSLOL

  • @Alta626 Then you must have been in the wrong church because I am 7day adv and my church does not worship Ellen G White. You sir are a liar, that is all.

  • @1AngelSolo A seven Gayer calling me a liar LOL. U MAD???LOL Some of you guys love EG WHITE more than Jesus i didn't say you worshipped her but since you assumed i said that you probably do. I went to a 7 gay ad high school and to a 7 GAY AD college and 7 Gays go door to door trying to sell EG WHITE to people who are perceived as non-christians not the bible and certainly not the words of King Jesus. 7 Gays are FAKESLOL

  • @Alta626 You need therapy.

  • @1AngelSolo LOL HARDY HAR HARLOL AND YOU NEED ELLEN WHITE LOL 7 Gays are FUNNY

  • The problem is the great controversy/The Triumph of God's love says:

"The kingdom of grace was instituted immediately after the fall of man, when a plan was devised for the redemption of the guilty race." Chapter: Light through Darkness, page 206

Here it sounds as though the plan was devised after the fall of man, and not before.

  • ived?

Was the plan of salvation devised before the foundation of the world (Eph.1:4; 1 Peter 1:18-20), or after per EGW (Great Controversy p.347)?

EGW contradicts the Bible by claiming the plan of salvation was devised after the fall of Adam and Eve.

The Sda and Jehovah witnesses have some heresies in common since both originate from false prophet Miller who said Jesus was coming to Missouri.

  • @RepentTONGUESbabbler I have to call you out on that.

"The plan of salvation had been laid before the creation of the earth; for Christ is "the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (Revelation 13:8); yet it was a struggle, even with the King of the universe, to yield up His Son to die for the guilty race. But "God so loved the world, that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.

  • @RepentTONGUESbabbler And that was from Patriarchs and Prophets Page 63.

  • Rev 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins..

So, these are a select group of saints in the Tribulation, who are keeping the Mosaic law and are called "VIRGINS," who number 144,000 (MALES) and are of the TWELVE TRIBES OF ISRAEL and have not been DEFILED WITH WOMEN

They are present at the marriage of the Lamb, but they don't marry the Bridegroom (see Psa.45).

Watch on youtube "BE HONEST ABOUT THE SABBATH"

  • @speakmymind4real Well, I don't keep track otherwise it's demoralizing. I ask Jesus for help each time I do sin. But I do notice I don't sin as much as I used to compared to years back, indicating spiritual growth, but I know I'm still far away. The last time I remember sinning was yesterday, when I got irritated and had bad thoughts. Of course, I might have sinned in-between without knowing it, so ... i'm still growing :)

  • @iMattCi89 That is all I was trying to say. We do sin and can not keep all the laws, not even one. I thought that SDA believe they can actually stop violating the 10 commandments. Or think that if they keep the law that they are considered saved.

  • @speakmymind4real Well, we can stop violating the 10 commandments 24/7, but not yet. It takes time and it doesn't qualify us to be saved. It's a byproduct of having Christ in our hearts. That's what we believe obedience to the law is about: We obey because the love of Christ compels us. But anytime we don't, Christ isn't in us because we let our minds wander away. Our General Conference website lists our 28 Fundamental Beliefs which would make it clearer about what we do believe.

  • @iMattCi89 Bottom line is this, it is an inward work that Christ does in us, not an outward work that we do.

  • What is a true christian like? See My space, and Highestprecision (one word) blogs, and latest blog hotel california by the eagles, in which the decoding shows the song is about christianity as well as life on earth in general, bible references with comments after the decoding.

  • Sabbath works or any type of works cannot be part of salvation! The same gospel of grace has always existed and will always exist. There are not two different types of gospel..one by grace alone before the Mark of the Beast and then another gospel which is mixture of faith + Sabbath works after the Mark of the Beast is enforced!

The thief on the Cross..all his works was sinful and his last works was stealing, yet Jesus said he will be in Paradise.

Ellen G White has deceived you!!

  • @EvangelistEvan Yes, and I agree. How much clearer can I make it to you? You're not putting it in perspective of what God is going to do. He's going to tell everyone who does love Him that it matters to Him that we honour and keep His Sabbath holy. Every single person who loves Him will obey! It's as simple as that, not about salvation. Salvation's an afterthought - it's about doing what God says because of love. Those who don't love Him will be lost.

  • @EvangelistEvan And by the way, she hasn't deceived me, you're just seeing it wrong. I've never gotten the impression she was saying that in the end of days we must keep the Sabbath or we'll be lost. Rather, all who love Him will hear and obey His pronouncement before the beast power sets his mark. In other words, none of those who love Him will continue sunday worship because His will will be made 100% undeniably clear to all. There'll be no such thing as someone who loves Him won't keep it.

  • @iMattCi89 Oh my goodness gracious, I must admit I am very surprised at your lack of understanding of what EGW taught seeing you are a member of the SDA. It's is very shocking to me when I see people like you follow a false teacher blindly without researching what that teacher actually teaches!

Let me educate you; According to EGW you will BE REJECTED BY GOD AND LOST AND GET THE MARK OF THE BEAST IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM SABBATH WORKS, even if you have FAITH IN JESUS, YOU WILL BE REJECTED BY GOD!

  • @EvangelistEvan You think I know so little? Alright then, show me all the references you can think of.

  • @iMattCi89 Stop playing your immature games. How long will you resist and reject the truth?

This is NO SECRET...every SDA Pastor and SDA member knows ans realises that EGW taught that if you do not PERFORM SABBATH WORKS, you will be rejected by God, not inherit eternal life, be lost and get the MARK OF THE BEAST!!!

You seriously need to sit down with your local SDA Pastor and get him to explain the EGW "SUNDAY LAWS" Doctrine to you and who will get it and WHY they will get it!

  • @EvangelistEvan immature games? Dude, brianhyde is more rational than you and astute at understanding what I'm saying than you. I told you already, I've read her works and I've never come across her saying that we must keep the Sabbath to avoid the mark of the beast. That's why I'm asking you to show proof.

  • @iMattCi89 Now stop trembling in fear of this question, and stop sidestepping it. Ask yourself why you are so frightened to answer this question..what is stopping you from being able to provide a direct and honest answer? Are you scared your answer will expose Ellen G White and you as teachers of LEGALISM?

According to Ellen G White, WHO will get the Mark of the Beast and WHY will they get it, and WHAT must a person DO to avoid getting the Mark of the Beast and to be accepted by God and saved?

  • @EvangelistEvan Frightened? Don't make me laugh. I gave a straight answer. Only people so set in their minds and closed off to reason can't see that I did.

Ellen White wrote that when the 3rd Angel sounds, "the issue is thus plainly set before the people, and they are brought to choose between the commandments of God and the commandments of men, that those who continue in transgression will receive "the mark of the beast." Those who are truly God's people will obey Him. That's what it means.

  • @EvangelistEvan And don't even start on saying it's impossible, because before that event, God's going to pour out His Spirit on all flesh and power to completely obey 100% won't be an issue at all. All it takes is willingness.

The issue is willingness. God will make it known to everyone who loves Him, in every denomination, every religion, that He wants them to obey His law. Once He gives the 100% power and makes it 100% known what He wants, disobedience means committing the sin of Adam.

  • @iMattCi89 You just said it's possible to perfectly obey God and never sin! So answer these questions:

    1. Do you perfectly obey God and never sin?

    2. Do you know anyone who perfectly obeys God and never sins?

    3. What is stopping you from obeying God perfectly and never sinning? Aren't you willing to obey? If yes, then why are you still breaking God's law and 10 Commandments?

  • @EvangelistEvan

    1. When the latter rain comes, bingo. Now is the preparation time for it.

    2. Enoch.

    3. That's between me and God.

  • @iMattCi89

    1. I bet you didn't know that Ellen G White said and taught that MOST SDA members will reject the true latter rain and be lost. Did you? If you doubt me, contact William Fagal from EGW Estate and ask him about it.

    2. Enoch didn't obey God perfectly, that's EGW and SDA false interpretation of Bible that they have fed you!

    3. Notice you will not tell me why you continue sinning and breaking God's Law and 10 Commandments because you know your answer will EXPOSE YOU!!!!

  • @iMattCi89 You have admitted to me openly and honestly that you are a sinner who breaks God's Law and who breaks the 10 Commandments!

So tell me; what are you going to do now? How will you avoid getting the future Mark of the Beast and how will you inherit eternal life seeing you continue to break God's Law and 10 Commandments?

What will you do to avoid the Mark of the Beast seeing Ellen G White and SDA teaches that only 10 Commandment keepers will avoid getting the Mark of the Beast?

  • @EvangelistEvan I read the debate between you and iMattCi89 and was impressed with both your comments. However, I am waiting for iMattCi89 to respond to your last comment. I believe EvangelistEvan has checkmate iMattCi89.

  • @speakmymind4real Thank you for your feedback and comments. iMattCi89 cannot respond directly and honestly to my comments because he is at a stalemate and cornered himself. He teaches and believes that Ellen White was a true teacher, and EGW taught that unless a person keeps the 10 Commandments, becomes sinless and performs Sabbath works, they cannot invite Jesus into their hearts and they cannot avoid the Mark of the Beast and cannot be saved. But he then admits he BREAKS the 10 Commandments!

  • @EvangelistEvan And as for her writing "In order to let Jesus into our hearts, we must stop sinning", I hope you're aware that this statement is exactly the same as Peter's declaration at Pentecost and what John implied in 1 John 2. It's also known as repentance. It doesn't mean that we don't ever sin after repentance. What it does mean is that when we truly repent and we are willing to let Jesus purge the power of sin over sin, any form of sinning because a rare occurrence.

  • @speakmymind4real Checkmate? Don't misinterpret my silence as meaning I don't have an answer or conceded. I'm a student and I happen to be involved in a group research project and my time is limited with lots of homework on material mechanics, biochemistry, electrical systems and the like.

  • @EvangelistEvan That's rather generic. David was a sinner, but he loved the law and strived to keep it. He sinned more than Saul and did more evil than Saul, but God loved him because of his attitude of not giving up and repenting each time he fell. That's how I relate with God's law. The difference between you and I is that you have a defeated attitude. God knows no human can 100% keep the law 100% of the time, but He still says "keep my law". Why? Because it's the willing heart He's after.

  • @EvangelistEvan That's rather generic. David was a sinner, but he loved the law and strived to keep it.   • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd 2}

As for avoiding the mark of the beast, I'm going to avoid it by obeying God's call. I believe that I will get what I get depending on who I choose to obey when the latter rain of the Spirit is poured out and it becomes 100 percent possible to obey 100 percent of the time. Until then, I seek cleansing daily from God and petition for strength to resist my sinful nature. When I stumble, I have an Advocate in heaven.

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd 3}

As for Ellen White teaching that only Law-keepers will avoid getting the beast's mark, that's a misinterpretation. Only God's people will avoid getting the beast's mark. They just so happen to be characterized by God as those who keep His commandments. "Law-keeper" is the outward sign. It isn't the reason that they have the seal of God.

[Rev 14:12] Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

  • @EvangelistEvan As for the thief on the cross, his last work wasn't stealing. His last work was repenting and asking for mercy.

"The Holy Spirit illuminates his mind, and little by little the chain of evidence is joined together. In Jesus, bruised, mocked, and hanging upon the cross, he sees the Lamb of God, that taketh away the sin of the world. Hope is mingled with anguish in his voice as the helpless, dying soul casts himself upon a dying Saviour."

  • @iMattCi89 So repenting is a WORKS according to you I see. And according to you, NOBODY can enter heaven unless they REPENT, so in other words, you teach a false gospel that says UNLESS YOU PERFORM CERTAIN WORKS YOU ARE LOST!!!

But there is a flaw and deceit in your teachings. Firstly, Eph 2:8-9 says we are saved by FAITH AND GRACE AND NOT WORKS, and Romans 4:4-5 SAYS NOT BY WORKS are we given righteousness. Secondly, repentance is an ATTITUDE, not a WORKS!!

You have been EXPOSED yet again!

  • @EvangelistEvan There's a difference between a remorse for sin and repenting. Repentance requires an actual change or it's an insincere one (Neh 1:9, Rev 2:5). Repentance is "sorrow for sin"+"turning away from sin". Turning away from sin means you purpose in your heart to never do it again, that you obey the Lord's word that it should not be done.

And if you think it heresy to say we must repent to have our sins washed away, then Peter's a heretic (Act 3:19).

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd 2}

Yes, we are saved by grace through faith and not by works. But faith must always bear fruit of works or God will not accept it (Mat 7:19-23; James 2:14,22). Faith not bearing fruit of righteousness in you is not the kind of faith God is looking for in people. The kind of faith the Holy Spirit works with to bring forth fruit of righteousness has a can-do-will-do attitude, as expressed in Romans 8. We're supposed to put death to sin.

  • @iMattCi89 Don't take it personal, I do acknowledge we have lives besides youtube. However, I chose that word checkmate because I understood what EvangelistEvan said. And you still point to what men do. To my understanding it is the work of Jesus Christ and NOT the believer. That is why we still sin. I don't want to sin, but I can't help it, because of my sin nature. But when I don't sin which is for a small amount of time, Christ blood is still my payment, not my works.

  • @speakmymind4real I don't, it's ok. The reason why I don't accept that it's impossible for a believer to not sin is due to several reasons that I feel compel me. [1] It's saying that somehow the Devil's hold over us is stronger than God's even though we're now God's. [2] That exact same question was addressed by Paul in Romans 7:18-25, 8:1-9 and he said it can be done. [3] John wrote such an absolute statement in 1 John 3:5-10. The reason why we still sin is because we do not remain in Him 24/7.

  • Here is a QUESTION for all SDA Members:

If "SUNDAY LAWS" will be part of the Mark of the Beast and people can no longer be saved by FAITH AND GRACE ALONE and they now need to perform SABBATH WORKS to avoid the Mark of the Beast and to be accepted by God and to inherit eternal life and be saved...then what happens if someone gets sick and cannot attend Church once the Mark of the Beast is enforced? Are they then LOST and rejected by God because they cannot perform SABBATH WORKS for that week?

  • @EvangelistEvan Well that question about sunday law is messed up actually. It ignores the fact that God's people get sealed as well. In other words, when God seals His people, and the beast marks his people, there's no need for righteousness by faith anymore. The results would be determined and absolutely nothing either does can make the minds change anymore. To those remaining in the beast's system of Babylon, the bride and bridegroom's voice cease to be heard and the light is gone (Rev 18:23).

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd} And as for those who receive the seal of God, His Name will be on their foreheads, sealing their decision forever and are known as the 144,000 and are "victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name."

Obedience to forced sunday worship in the future won't be the mark of the beast. It's merely the visible outward sign of allegiance. The mark of the beast is the attitude of the beast, just as the seal of God is His Name, which is His character.

  • @iMattCi89 Stop sidestepping, just answer me:

What must I DO to avoid getting the Mark of the Beast, to avoid getting the final plagues, and to be accepted by God and to inherit eternal life and to be saved?

Besides placing FAITH in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and besides trusting in Jesus' blood to wash away my sins, what must I DO to be saved?

In other words, according to EGW, what must I do to inherit eternal life, and to avoid getting the Mark of the Beast and to be saved?

  • @EvangelistEvan And there it is! You persistently refuse any other answer, because you have it set in your head that every Seventh-day Adventist believes that we must keep the Sabbath to retain our salvation, by keeping it to avoid the mark of the beast. Well, that's plain false!

To be saved and avoid the mark of the beast, receive the seal of God, which means His Name, which means His character. The Sabbath is the outward sign that He sanctifies our character. It's a marker, not a qualifier.

  • @iMattCi89 And there it is!!! Your ignorance and lack of understanding what Ellen G White and SDA truly teaches is exposed!!!

You are a member of the SDA Cult, yet you are in complete darkness in what they truly teach!!!

According to EGW, can a Sunday keeping Christian be saved by FAITH AND GRACE ALONE and avoid the coming "Sunday Laws" Mark of the Beast if they never attend Church on Sabbath but continue to attend Church on Sundays?

Your answer will expose your confusion and contradictions!

  • @EvangelistEvan What Ellen White wrote was: "But not one is made to suffer the wrath of God until the truth has been brought home to his mind and conscience, and has been rejected. There are many who have never had an opportunity to hear the special truths for this time. The obligation of the fourth commandment has never been set before them in its true light.

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd} "He who reads every heart and tries every motive will leave none who desire a knowledge of the truth, to be deceived as to the issues of the controversy. The decree is not to be urged upon the people blindly. Everyone is to have sufficient light to make his decision intelligently."

Once God makes it clear to everyone, can a person be saved in outright disobedience? No, because if they were saved, they'd listen to the Spirit, in which case Heb 10:26-27 happens.

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd2} God calls those who are His out of Babylon before He sets His seal and the beast sets his. Which is why, if the person truly loved God, he will have heard His call and come out. Like I said, the Sabbath is the sign that God sanctifies you. It doesn't sanctify. But obedience by faith is imputed as righteousness, when heeding God's command at the latter time.

  • @iMattCi89 Your comments are not only anti-biblical, they are deceptive and very disturbing! Your comments are so wrong that you are teaching anti-biblical and false doctrines.

Firstly, The Sabbath has nothing to do with us being sanctified!!! We are only sanctified BY FAITH IN JESUS, read Acts 26:18 and notice carefully we are sanctified by faith in Jesus!

Secondly, righteousness IS NOT IMPUTED by OBEDIENCE (WORKS), it's imputed by FAITH ALONE!!!

You are a FALSE TEACHER OF LEGALISM!

  • @EvangelistEvan Didn't you read what I wrote? I also said the Sabbath doesn't sanctify. It's the sign that God sanctifies.

And you didn't read what I wrote about imputed righteousness closely. I wrote "obedience by faith is imputed as righteousness". I'm didn't say obedience imputes righteousness, I said obedience by faith. This is the same faith as Abraham: "By faith Abraham, ...obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going."

Stop twisting my words in your head and read.

  • @iMattCi89 After I showed you Acts 26:18 you now changed your story LOL.That shows you lack biblical education and knowledge, and why I suggest you learn the proper and true gospel before you speak anything more.

"..Who has bewitched you?.. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort?"

  • @EvangelistEvan I didn't change my story, you misread it from the start.

  • let us critisize our own selves and not ellen or anyone else. I say I am John the Baptist for the 2nd coming. See my book 'The Living Stone' at writing.com under writer 'stillseeking' (one word).

  • We need to be humble or we will stumble. Now do I have to say where I heard that to avoid being called a plagerizer?

  • We need to be humble or we will stumble.

  • CHRISTIANS ALWAYS JUST GIVE THE BIBLE AS EVIDENCE. it's fucking irritating.

  • jesus done it all for us on the cross dont add to it and say he isint sufficient. jesus warned us about faulse prophets poping up everywere ellen g white is one of them. Gods word stands strong alone. repent and put your trust in jesus' finished work on the cross and you will be saved

  • yeah its sad that sda are adding to the true gospel. such as certain diets and sabbath keeping ect. if you read colossains 2:16 takes care of that. and what they are teaching is puting ellen g whites teaching above the bible and are saying that works have something to do with our salvation. if you read ephesains 2:8-9 for we are saved by grace through faith and not of works it is the gift of God lest any man should boast! we need a new birth not religon!!!!

  • Sabbath is sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.A Caesar in Rome wanted to unite Romes' sun worshipers and the then young Christian's to make for one day of worship.God said in his commandments to keep my Sabbath holy,so I ask everyone did you go to church on Sunday or Saturday? The Sabbath from God himself has never changed. The seventh day is Sabbath and Sunday is a work day,the first day of the week equal to Monday prior to Caesars' changes in Rome.

  • What SDA Cult members fail to realise and understand is that they are Sabbath breakers and not Sabbath keepers. Just because they get out of bed every Saturday morning, get dressed up in their Amway type business clothing, and attend Church Service, hear a sermon and go home, doesn't make them Sabbath keepers. In fact James says if you break one point you guilty of breaking the whole law!

So SDA Cult members can only be counted Sabbath keepers if they attain perfection and never sin again!

  • @EvangelistEvan The Hebrews also didn't keep the Sabbath by that definition, yet God said He wished that they would keep His law. God wouldn't ask for something that's impossible, which means that when God says "keep", He isn't expecting perfection, but a willingness and an effort to do so, with love as the motive. So whenever the Hebrews stumbled, God wanted them to come to Him for forgiveness and continue to live a life to His glory. With the New C, it's easier since He said He will put it in.

  • @iMattCi89 Do you believe you are keeping the Sabbath Commandment? YES OR NO?

If yes, then that would mean you are sinless and a perfect 10 Commandment keeping Christian, because to keep the Sabbath Commandment means that you would need to keep the whole law perfectly, because James said if you stumble in just one point you are guilty of breaking the WHOLE LAW!

So which is it? Are you sinless and perfectly keeping the WHOLE LAW?

OR, are you a sinner and continue to sin and break the Law?

  • @EvangelistEvan The false dichotomies, again... You didn't read what I wrote, did you?

  • @iMattCi89 I have a question for you. Please answer it honestly and directly:

What must a person DO to avoid getting the Mark of the Beast, and to inherit eternal life, and be accepted by God, and to be saved?

Can a person avoid getting the Mark of the Beast, and inherit eternal life, and be accepted by God, and be saved by faith in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and be grace alone? OR must they DO certain WORKS to be saved also?

I await your answer. Thank you.

  • @EvangelistEvan What a person must do? Obey the Gospel, which means put to death the old and bring in the new life by faith in God's promise that He does this. From then on, God will individually impress each truth in the Bible progressively. The mark of the beast and the seal of God only pops up when the time of decision comes up. It's a sign of allegiance only at that time. It's identified as the controversy over the Sabbath in the future. It's not for now because God hasn't made the move.

  • @EvangelistEvan Furthermore, it's fire-escape theology to think "what must I do to avoid the mark of the beast" and not how God views it. The issue is over worship. Once God makes known to all how He wants to be worshiped, can a person be saved in disobedience then? When the Spirit moves in power greater than at Pentecost? Back then Ananias and Sapphira were killed by God for trying to lie to Him since accountability was high. How about in future?

Don't think of it as "Do", but "what He wants".

  • @EvangelistEvan As for "doing certain works to be saved", aka legalism, it's a wrong theology.

    I'll make it plain:

Those who are saved, will do those works.

Those who aren't saved, can make a show of those works, but a show isn't what God wants.

Those who say they're saved, but don't do those works knowingly, make a mockery of God.

Those who say they're saved, but don't do those works unknowingly, need a deeper relationship with God to know His will and to obey once it's made known.

  • @iMattCi89 Your teachings and theology is completely in error and you contradict Scripture and the gospel based on grace and faith alone.

I will make it clear to you so hopefully you can understand:

Those who are sincerely saved have been saved by their faith in Jesus alone, not by anything they do, hence, it takes an instant to be saved, exactly like the thief on the cross or a man on his deathbed. Now notice carefully, the last works the thief did was STEALING, yet he was saved!

  • @EvangelistEvan No, the last work he did was kindness and gentleness towards the Saviour. And didn't you read what I wrote? I was addressing legalism, and the role works has with faith, not individual circumstances. Those who have faith will show the works, or that faith is dead (James 2:14). Those who are saved will show those works, because the Spirit is the one who brings them through it, making their minds obedient to the law of God (Romans 8:6-9).

  • @EvangelistEvan Simply put, can someone who has faith in Christ be saved even though he remains a road rage person and still likes to molest and does it? Yes, he can. However, the true faith will call on the Spirit to ease off and eventually remove those sins from his life. To be saved is to receive transformation to godliness in various parts of our lives until we become like Him. But human effort can't do it, only the Spirit can, who cannot do it if the person's not willing.

  • @iMattCi89 You still don't get it do you? After all these years you still do not know Bible,God or what God does to a born again Christian.SDA and EGW have blinded you with their erroneous doctrine that you do not know God and what He does.I feel sorry for you to be honest,I really do.

Let me explain, anyone who has been truly saved is a new creature (2Co5:17), has the conviction of the Holy Spirit (Jon14:26; 1Thes4:8), and now wants to live for Christ. BUT WE AREN'T SAVED BY WORKS AS YOU TEACH!

  • @EvangelistEvan I haven't said we're saved by works, nor implied as such. I'm saying if we truly are saved, we would have the works. Those works aren't qualifiers, they're results.

  • @iMattCi89 You are once again not telling the truth, because you do not believe Christians who love Jesus and have faith in Jesus are saved by faith and grace alone if they attend Church Service on Sundays! if a Christian doesn't follow your and EGW doctrines and theology, then you believe they are LOST because they lack SABBATH WORKS and you believe they will get the Mark of the Beast and be rejected by God and refused to inherit eternal life. WHY? Because their FAITH IN JESUS IS NOT ENOUGH!

  • @EvangelistEvan What? I take offense at that. I have many friends who are Presbyterians, Baptists, Catholics, Methodists... and I do not believe that I won't see them in heaven, because their hearts are good. How dare you judge like that! Stop being deluded about all Seventh-day Adventists because of your bad experience. What you heard was wrong theology, of legalism, and I'm against it. I believe that someone who is led by the Spirit will bear fruit of obedience, that's all!

  • @iMattCi89 Sabbath works or any type of works cannot be part of salvation!

  • @EvangelistEvan I believe in the fruits of the Spirit, leading to obedience to God's law, which is different from believing those works can save.

The thief on the cross' last work was the fruit of the Spirit, kindness and gentleness and faith, which showed the Spirit working in him successfully, which is why he is saved.

  • @iMattCi89 You have a forked tongue and I can prove it. Firstly you say, "I believe in the fruits of the Spirit, leading to obedience to God's law,", yet you have admitted to me in the past that you are a SINNER and a sinner is DISOBEDIENT to God's Law and breaks God's Law!

IN addition, you know it, God knows it, and I know it..that you do not believe salvation by FAITH AND GRACE ALONE will be enough to help a Christian be saved, they will also need to begin SABBATH WORKS to be saved!!!!

  • @EvangelistEvan I do believe in the fruits of the Spirit, leading to obedience to God's law, yet I do sin. However, this is not hypocrisy or lying, it's called "a process". John wrote that the one who sins does not know God. He also says that those who do sin can know they have an Advocate. What this means is that though you still sin, each day the Spirit changes you more to be like Him and you sin less, as long as you cooperate willingly.

  • @iMattCi89 Why do you continue to contradict your own beliefs? One minute you say you believe the fruit of the Holy Spirit can lead you to obedience, yet next minute you say you SIN which means you are DISOBEDIENT!

So if it's possible for you to stop sinning and become obedient to God's Law, then why are you still sinning?

And here is a question for you.. can you be saved, avoid the Mark of the Beast, inherit eternal life and be accepted by God if you continue to sin? YES OR NO?

  • @EvangelistEvan I'm not contradicting. I said it's a process; sanctification's not instantaneous. What I do find is that when I stay connected with God by reading His Word and being in prayer, it's a lot easier not to sin. But when I neglect the food and air of the Spirit, it comes back to bite me. So what I said is true; the fruit of the Spirit leads to obedience. However, at any time we don't connect to the Spirit, there's no spiritual power and I fall in the ditch again. Process! :)

  • @EvangelistEvan {cont'd} As for if I can be saved, avoid the mark of the beast, etc. if I continue to sin, my answer is no, because of prophecy. The prophecy of Revelation 10 indicates that the mystery of God, "Christ in you", gets completed before the last trumpet sounds. But once again, because it's prophecy, it's not a goal for us to aim, it's a statement of an event that'll happen. ie. we don't aim to be sinless, we aim to have Him transform us and He will do it by then 100% and we won't sin

  • EGW lie! Go fig!

  • sda is a confused cult. they are puting ellen g whites teachings above jesus' keeping the sabbath and the certain diet read colossains 2:16 and that will answer that. use are relying on works to save you read ephesains 2:8-9 for by garce are we saved through faith and not of works lest ne man should boast. jesus furfilled what use are bound to on the cross. repent and put ure trust in christs finished work on the cross alone and you will be born again and saved. the truth (jesus) will set u free

  • :)

  • I'm a Sabbath keeping Christian, yet I am NOT a member of the SDA. And I agree that the true Sabbath is on Saturday and that's why I keep Saturday day Holy. I love the 10 Commandments and obedience to the Law. HOWEVER, I do not agree with EGW and SDA that we must trust in the Sabbath and 10 Commandments and the Law to avoid the coming Mark of the Beast and to be saved! I believe Satan is behind these EGW "Sunday laws" to mislead people into BABYLON which means LEGALISM and away from grace!

  • @EvangelistEvan Actually, you're agreeing with us whether you realise it or not. The reason why we say that it will become a test of obedience to God is because it will be a test of whether you truly love God. According to our theology, there will come a point in time when God universally reveals His glory via the Holy Spirit (Revelation 18:1) and the mystery of God is completed (which is Christ in us). At which point, there's only 2 options left. Obey God, or obey Man. That's why we say that

  • @iMattCi89 Actually I do not agree with you, because I believe the EGW "Sunday Laws" doctrine was probably created by Satan himself to deceive Christians to trust in their own Sabbath works efforts to be right with God and to be saved and to avoid the Mark of the Beast. I know that even if I didn't attend Church Service on Sabbath and even if I didn't keep it Holy, that I would still be saved and still avoid getting the Mark of the Beast because I am saved by GRACE ALONE, not Sabbath works!

  • @EvangelistEvan It wasn't a doctrine at all. It's a case of history repeating itself. The early church kept the Sabbath. However, they did not keep it to be saved, but for the sake of willing obedience to God's law. But compromise started setting in when many of the Gentile converts got increasingly annoyed by being classified as Jewish because of that by the Roman officials. That caused a schism and the Sabbath-keepers eventually disappeared by persecution of former brethren.

  • @iMattCi89 Whoops, I meant "so they won't receive the faithfuls' reward".

  • @EvangelistEvan

    {cont'd 1}

We believe the first beast of Rev 13 was the Roman power, both political and papal (as did other Protestant Reformers), and that the 2nd beast will act in a similar manner as the first. ie. History repeating itself. The sunday law thing isn't about whether it's ok to worship on sunday, but that one day the 2nd beast will try to force us to disobey God, thinking it's doing God's work. In other words, it's the beast power that makes it not ok.

  • @EvangelistEvan

    {cont'd 2}

The sunday law thing isn't to say that not keeping the Sabbath will make you lost, but that God will make it clear to everyone that He wants them to remember and keep His Sabbath b4 the persecution of the 2nd beast comes along. When God makes it plain to everyone, only those who don't love God will disobey. Such ppl at that time won't believe in having Christ as their master, so they faithful's reward. The time factor makes a big difference in context.

  • @iMattCi89 Your comments are completely misleading and deceptive and you and Ellen G White are leading people to trust in the LAW and SABBATH to be saved and to inherit eternal life. I believe Satan knew exactly what he was doing when he conjured up the "Sunday Laws" doctrine so he could lead people away from grace and get people to trust in their OWN EFFORTS to make it in the end times.

"Sunday Laws" will be one of the end times major DELUSIONS to try to deceive Christians away from grace!

  • @EvangelistEvan You don't quite get it... the sunday law thing isn't saying "if you don't want the mark of the beast, you MUST..." Instead, it's prophecy of what will eventually unfold. It's anachronistic to apply anything of the sunday law to today. The chronology is that in the future, God pours out His Spirit on the whole earth and His will on the matter, and that those who truly believe will hear and follow. It's not about "what must I do to be saved", but "what's going to happen".
