It's way easier to just paint the cat on I tried using the plastic bag let it sit for an hour tried to peel it off it wasn't dry so I waited 30 min then tried and it was a disaster it crumbled up and stuck together so I just painted it on with a toothpick and a piece of led... U don't need all those fancy tools either..
