It was funny and really entertaining spoof movie. Christian Slater and Neve Campbell made a very hot screen couple. Other actors/actresses were awesome too. At least, this parody film doesn't use so many strong language and brutal "black humour" unlike brainless Scary Movie films
@Rikairiify They waited an awfully long time before actually revealing he's in the film! I was just beginning to wonder if he was in it! But then luckily his beautiful name/face showed up & I was happy =D
God I hate Hollywood. Aside from Dark Knight (which featured a British cast) American films of the last few years have sucked balls. Check this - 28 days later, son of man, the descent, Elizabeth 1&2, doomsday, V for vendetta, Hot Fuzz, Shawn of the dead, Atonement, Casino Royal it goes on.

Ummm...The Darjeeling Limited, Wall-E, The Departed, Capote, Milk, There will be blood, No country for old men, Simpsons Movie, Michael Clayton, Zodiac?????HELLO?????
this was written by peter richardson who is a brit and the comedic writer of the comic strip which is why the film has so many great enlish comedians in it
I can understand you americans not getting it.If you will arrive late for the fighting, you don't have the full picture what? However as you apparently won the whole thing single handed, we have plenty to thank you for!Syphillis and other trade mark diseases.Whining and whinging from most of your soldiers because they couldnt get chocolate ice cream. What were you fighting for? freedom and democracy? we could tell, as your black soldiers took care of you all!so apart from thieving across europe?
I am an American and I enjoy 20th century history, particularly WWI and WWII. There are many Americans who are unaware of the true history of both wars. WWI was won by the French and British. However, America played a larger role in WWII. Do you honestly think that your country would have stormed Normandy without us? Many parties played a large role in WWII, including the resistance groups but don't dicount the U.S. role.
I'm very grateful for how America helped us in world war two. I dont know what is wrong with both nations because we argue and belittle eachother about this fact, In reality it was a good deed, one we should both be proud of.
We have too much in common and too many shared interests to behave in such an uncivilized manner. The antagonism that exists between my country (the U.S.) and Britain is hard to copmrehend. However, being realistic, the U.S. seems to have good realtions with no country on Earth at the moment. I think that would indicate that the problem resides here and not elsewhere. Regardless of what any of the neo-conservatives say, we have serious issues that need to be addressed in the US.
Furthermore, it's obvious that the last eight years have not just divided the U.S but have shown my country to be so greedy and our actions to be so distasteful as to turn the majority of the world against us. I think that it's on our President-elect to repair/rebuild relationships. Personally, I think it starts with a condemnation of the way that Israel locks up the Palestinians--as if they're animals at a zoo--and then proceeds to drop bombs on them. But that's just my opinon.
Also, the British should be the last people to belittle another nation for shameful racism. What about the Indians, Boers and Aficans? Did your country not make them fight in wars?
Please don't pretend, either, that British soldiers didn't loot during their drive across Europe during WWII. Nobody enjoys a revisionist historian.
@glueonhair I have to say as an American that stings a bit. I'd also like to say that every single country has people like that not to mention that your history isn't the proudest either. Please do not bash the Americans. World War 2 ended many years ago. Get over the fact that America didn't enter right away.
@glueonhair Would you have liked to enter it right away? In fact, England and France pacified Germany with Poland first. So not to be offensive or anything, but I seriously don't think you should be bashing anybody of any nationality right now, pal. Also to be perfectly clear, I do enjoy making fun of our own American stereotypes. They're fun. But that there is not.
i really want to see this film, it looks funny! tbh, i wouldn't be surprised if hollywood made a serious film about an american churchill, i mean look at U-571...
It's the brilliant dialogue and the fact that everyone involved had great fun making this and it shows. BBC Radio announcer under gunpoint at Royal Wedding of Elizabeth to Adolf:"Oh, here comes Satan, oh, I mean Joseph Goebbels. Dressed in magnificent black cloak and horns. He gazes fondly at the congregation, removes the 13th century cross and replaces it with...a live chicken" King George:"What a complete arse!" So many great lines, just get it!
shit Millions owe their lives to Churchill. hollywood say yanks are tough and where not. I went to new york its full of chubby gay boys listening to hip hop. fuck off Britain owned America stop taking the piss you overfed poofs
The reason they made churchill american is to make it a mockery of all the times hollywood gives america credit for stuff the UK actually did. I wanna see it. Looks hilarious.
ah, i need to track this down! (oh, don't forget to remind Brits that Churchill was half-American.)
