It's not often in Kate's videos that you can hear the movements of the dancers. I love it in this one because even though you can see that everyone is moving together, with the sounds of footfalls, you can hear it too. Simply stunning dance.

I think the lighting impacted the feeling of the movement more that it should...and in a bad way. It was so constant and unmoving with all action the dancers were puting out. I felt like I was watching the fastest runner do his/her best while the background stood still. I'm no pro on lighting (yet) but that's my two cents. Amazing performance as always though!!

the practice video was better. and i agree with everyone else, the mics should have been turned off.

but it was still perfect and amazing.

and i also agree with someone on another video.. you guys should just wear your black dance attire (that the practice videos were shot in) for the performances. it would look a lot better. and i didn't like the lighting.

but it was still awesome! you're probably my all time favorite choreographer.

This dance is great but the timing is strange and many are not completing their movements. However, if some people are off count it does work with the style and chaos of this dance. This is great choreography and these dancers dance very well because they all definitely delivered what I expected and more for this song that has been used by other great dancers. Great job!

here's a sort of awkward question. are all these dancers the same? I of course can't see the dancers faces as well as in the studio vid, and was just curious. I still love this whole thing.  I think the biggest thing about the stuido version is that there are no sound effects from the dancers stomping about. Still awesome.

Totally agree . the one in the studio did seem more intense . i think it is because of the lighting. the studio liht and the closeness of the camera allow you to see how intricate all the moves are and you can really see the synchronization to its fullest . Actually they are so synchronized I almost think it is unreal lol :)
