Did you know that on the elevators without the digital displays, you can actually press the indicator lights? I guess you could press the UP and DOWN buttons on either side of the digital display.

If I hit the button and the door doesn't open, I just take the stairs.  Between it being slow and people holding the door open talking, I just don't have the patience.

Nice elevator, and it's rare to see the soffit-mount lantern, especially on a US elevator.
