You need good educated driver with patience, only the people have right to keep vehicles who have his own parking garage. beside this every vehicle owner have to pay 100 dollar tax every month.

Golden rule of traffic is 1st right on road and street is for pedestrian than 2nd right slow traffic like bicycle, animal karts etc. – bus can drive between 08:00morning till 12:00 than between 16:00 to 22:00 truck can drive between 06:00 to 08:00 hour and 22:00 00:00 hour.so go on.
