I hate turbulance! but love the food though, Im glad I survived my 12hrs flight frm MNL to YVR. =P prefer to sit near the wing.never fail to check it out

Well air travelind relaxes me actually( i don't know about u but it relaxes me) and when on air i can't ex"plane" that actually i feel safer on air i feel like a king F/S's serve you and not much people can afford it so yeah it relaxes me! hehehe

nope but there are rumors that the owner of pal might buy 2 or 3 a380's by 2013

@jamestakeshi PAL is planning to add the A388 on their fleet, if they confirm orders they'll order by 2010 and then get them by 2014. the A388 will replace the B744s.

no thats wrong...The PAL Ceo said that PAL has no use for an A380 yet...they first wanna replace their B744s with the B777 which will come soon...PAL might evtl. get an A380 as soon as they moved to Clark...

@SFS1 PAL will never be moved to clark. It was just a rumor, It was because Gloria's hometown was in pampanga, and she wanted to have PAL closer to her. But since she will no longer president, it will no longer happen.

@crzdbiker yes but those are the B747-200 series and no longer in service since early 90's and replace it with five B747-400 series with average age of 16.4 years as of 2010.

@crzdbiker PAL dosen't have any 747s in 1974 they only had 747-200s at 1980's and start using 747-400's in 1990's and retired 747-200s. And has 2 Boeing 777-300ERs and 2 more orders of 777-300ERs.  (As of April 2011)

FYI, its not PAL which was downgraded by FAA, its ATO(Air Transportation Office) which is the reason its new name is CAAP(Civil Authority of the Phils) now.

Im flying to Manila from Lax in June I hope I get to fly on a 747 with ptvs. i remember in September 2008 my cousin flew from MNL-LAX Pr 102 was supposed to be 747-400 but a340 was used because PAL was reconfiguring N751 at the time. I hope thats not the case if they will do it in June because thats when its busy, its peak season.
