@MissChelseaLaver I sorta thought that he was tired of her or didn't love her anymore. When they were arguing, I read his lips and he had yelled kaa at her, which basically means go away, or leave. When he was putting the wires into the shoes, I think he was trying to create a way of running back through time literally. So he finally got it to work, and that's why as he was running, he pulled all the wires off. By the time he got back to where he needed to be and hugged her, it was too late.

@MissChelseaLaver the music video was about a dysfunctional couple that were holding on by only their strong feelings towards each other. the girl would yell out for his attention because she was so unsure if he even loved her anymore and he would say nothing to avoid conflict since he really did love her. after they had broken up, he remembered how he hurt her by being detached so he attempted to go back in time to fix it only to find out no matter what, what is done cannot be undone.

@totiortega at first, i thought he hit her to shut her up, since she was complaining of their disintegrating relationship... but after watching it again, i kind of think it's just a physical representation of her finally hitting rock bottom and letting go of their relationship... and the look in her eyes makes it seem like she's lost hope in their love and even though she does still love him, she left him...
