  • I ordered a reflex 42 on 3-29. 4 weeks later NO tracking number...NO board and NO response to my emails. PP gave me my money back immediately. I am even in the same town(portland)as this guy. 'So much' for supporting a local! I would never (i build and sell my own product)leave somebody hanging without product or contact for four weeks. Appears Scott has some things to learn about business. I see my customers as PEOPLE and not just another sale! Scott apparently does not. BEWARE.

  • @YouTees - Communication is important. Quality is Job #1. The customer is always right. I know custom boards and builders are a unique area and there is always room for improvement. I ordered 2 more boards from Subsonic Skateboards, I will post updates on those soon.
