  • Beautiful film but pace is a little bit too slow for me.

  • I don't know what I think of it on its own but this flick would be great to use as background for something. Something creepy, possibly bugfuck insane.

  • nice job on making it mysterious.. nxt time my suggestion is make it more active

  • nice job

  • that sofa looks evil

  • Now, THAT is what I call a piece of shit.

  • This is really good!

  • got bored with it..sorry

    i like it!

  • Good stuff! Captivating, and well done to a well-thought out piece! Simple but effective. Liked it!

  • love the imagery on this clip ,reminds me of the band bauhaus .

  • so mutch expression.

  • Ah, yes, but who is watching the Watchers?

I liked the fact that, on purpose or not, the televisual man was played by Dave Smith. Is that not a PERFECT "everyman" sort of name?

  • Honestly i feel like the movie didn't really portray anything. I mean until i actually read the comment about the television and effects on people. I lacked a lot of visuals.

    Better luck next time...

  • Great Experimental work.......keep it up...you learn so much and who knows what comes next from it.

  • Nice work, very creepy & surreal. Well done.

  • Nice work there.

  • Very Very good job. Suspensful and creepy, yet surreal... I enjoyed this alot. Great camera shots and effects.

  • I like it,well done,it tells the truth about the effects of tv on the brain

  • Nice work, very atmospheric and nicely shot.

    Good stuff!

  • Moody...

It's an enticing process, returning to old footage and breathing new life into it. Diggit!

Drop by and leave some comments by some of my short films.

    Go UK Indie!

  • Nice ideas.... moody indeed.... loved the end scene/fade... well done

  • I love the graininess and the creepiness of the blown out windows. Music is awesome. Nice job.

  • spooky and surreal...fantastic mood!

  • The cinematography of that was wonderful, what was your method of creating that grainy blue and black TV look?

  • We shot in S-VHS (DV had yet to be invented!), edited in camera as we went. That transferred to VHS, which I filmed off of a TV screen all the way through so that the end zoom worked, that got a lot of the look. That then went through a basic colour mixer and picture softener (a little plug in unit, PC editing was still a few years away from affordability) to VHS, transferred to DV about 9 years later, ran it through Premiere to get the blacks back to black from grey and put it on here!

  • That was pretty damn spooky!!!

Loved it!..were we seperated at birth??

  • This is great!! We are all caught up in our own television.

  • The atmosphere, creepy if you ask me, made me rather uncomfortable - and that's good. Haven't seen your other shorts, but as a stand-alone, this piece (with main focus on atmosphere) works fine for me, even though the story doesn't evolve more than on a feeling level. I'll check out some more of yours... CU

  • Not bad. Nice atmosphere, very eerie music which slowly makes itself felt. Thematically I'd have liked a little more, but this is definitely a decent film, worth a look for anyone interested in the short film genre.
