yes it is quite a departure from the original but CWC added their own style too it which makes it unique

you dont want to have the same thing it would be boring and repetitive

i think it's pretty great; the lead singer's voice works perfectly for it. and it's pretty cool to see "the kids" covering bruce; i bet he'd be pleased.

This song just doesn't work with drums. It is much better as a sparse, haunted song like the original.

Eh, I personally enjoyed this a lot. I guess playing a cover of a song like this is tricky business because you can be certain you won't please everyone.
