I would call HPA to discuss. I think the stage 2 flash is transparent and undetected unless the dealer attempts launch control and discovers the higher launch control. LC aside though, the reflash makes the transmission more intuitive than stock. It's hard to explain. I recommend you go for a drive in a flashed car to see the difference.
@uberVduber Yup.. call them and they will get you sorted. I've been trying to tell a friend to get it for months. And if the dealer says your DSG is flashed because of the higher LC.. one has to ask.. wtf is the dealer doing trying to launch my car??
Nice vid, I considered this car when buying my 08 Legacy GT. I'm curious how the power output on a stage 2 R32 compares to the stage 2 dyno-tuned setup on my legacy. Do you by chance have any whp numbers?
It seems to bog with the stock 3k rev limiter. The higher rpm launch definitely reduces this bog. But the car seems to want to launch even higher (for zero bog), but then you're probably looking at too much shock to the drivetrain. Good stuff nonetheless
and to think you're still missing out on approximately 300 rpm on the top end.. get that ECU flashed and then have a look at your quarter mile times...

It's a transmission upgrade This doesn't affect the HP/TQ, just how it's being put down.
