I'm almost 42, and believe me, it get's a lot harder as you age. My dad is almost 68 and still drives a golf ball almost 300. What changes as you age is the time it takes to get back if you take a slack month or 2. My grandma will be 98 in January, she doesn't workout, but is a mental rock, never complaining about anything, and stay's on top of world affairs. (BTW, She trip's on our world today) Aside from all of that, Sly is about the best and most dedicated I have seen.
