@WestWash97 The P-Pals were the mascots for PTV. They basically looked like talking p-heads and their color, and hair varied for each one.

In the "Helena Rubinstein Foundation" funder, you get a glimpse of the entire PTV Park. In it, you find out that your favorite PBS Kids shows are living there (Wouldn't that be a kid's dream come true; to live in an amusement park?). When I saw that as a kid, I would draw pictures of the actual PBS Kids characters and the P-Pals together going on all the attractions. If only PBS actually did that...
