Also, I'd like to apologize on behalf of the rude foul mouthed individuals who have commented here. They have no respect...'nough said.

  • My god man you need to be sitting on a porch somewhere with a twelve gauge.

  • Your webpage isn't working, the link I have tried clicking :S.

Also, it is a non capo song.

  • @gauldgalliersuk I've seen it both ways

  • How did you learn anything off this? Sounds like ya be a cub looking for a bear. And if he was in the USAF prior to WWII that do'n't mean shit. Period, he was a tarmack junkie.

  • @Deputydog857 It means he served his country.

  • @Deputydog857 fuck you!

  • i love these lessons its a shame there eint no more

  • yo was behind u ?

  • thanks for posting

  • like most 'lessons' this guy has no idea how to teach - hadnt a remote idea what his left hand was touching

  • Lets see you put a banjo lesson up wise guy if you can do better!! I think this was a great video!! Its free so thank him for his time and effort......

  • i'd love to put up a lesson - but i wont learn much from him - i note you were unable to refute my specific comment - also all of youtube material is free so what are you pratting on about

  • A wise man can talk and appear to be foolish but a fool can remain silent and appear wise...........

  • if that's the best you can up with you're the fool and obviously an empty head as well...

  • You are only accentuating my statement with you belligerent comments. I commented on your statement because if you dont like this guys lesson then dont watch it. It only makes you appear to be a unhappy person to criticize him for his efforts. Have you ever been told " if you dont have anything good to say".

  • @banjo3751 thanks for defending me, you get some people that are not satisfied with anything. thanks again .

  • @mpkir1 this is the first video i've tried, that is why i put the tab up to, i don't believe that you will get the several people that i have taught to say that i don't know how to teach. that was a pretty harsh comment, im proud of the comments iv'e recieved on this my first attempt to teach on video, even yours, because i believe you don't even have any desire to learn to play, you should have said i can't see your left hand, help me.

  • @mpkir1 first i usually don't respond to people like you. but you can't get a single one of the people that i have taught to make a statement like that. man it's my first time trying to teach like this. also thats why we put the tabs up. so if you don't like it click your mouse somewhere else.

  • AIR FORCE!!!

  • like you said...if YOU dont have anything good to say...... also i'm sure you mean 'your' belligerent comments not 'you'....also i have only watched it once but i'm sure even you could work out i had to watch it at least once to comment on it....

  • im mexican

  • Hey he`s pretty cool in my book, and I say caypo as well, so fuck off

  • I'll have to learn that, Thanks!

  • O.K., not trying to be an ass but Johnny Cash based the song on "Cresent City Blues" and was inspired by the movie"Behind the Walls of Folsom Prison". It was not based on any one man. Also Mr. Cash was not in the Army he was a typist in the Air Force.

  • @TheTrafficant you are wrong.

  • No, he's right about the airforce, not sure about the other stuff

  • increible q instrumento..q sonido tiene..eso aca no existe un abrazo de argentina.

    increible..
