  • hi ya im 32 but skin is so prone to reactions i have to use germoline every night to kill off the bacteria and it stops me touching them too as kills off the pain have you found a high factor suncreen that doesnt react with your oily patchs as i use kids garnier stick in spf50 on my face but not brave enough to try it on chin n hormonal patches so if you have one you liked could you mention it on ur blog plz might start using agnus castus pardon spelling with lots of water to see if that helps2

  • hi please answer this i really wanna know what th "kaypee " thing you were talking about is because i think i have that.

  • Hiya, Yes please it would be great if you could send the moisturiser to me. How shall we do it? I'm very new to online shopping etc, so please let me know what you prefer. xx Ket

  • i was using healing earth for some weeks or months and after one package i used the set by clinique (type 3) and well, my skin got worse.. i will change that now again,.. the healing earth was just 6 euros, but the testing set was 25 euros.. :/ healing earth is really great for oily skin :)

  • You look fabulous! How do you get your background to be blurred in the back?

  • So its 3 in the morning, and i'm still awake watching your videos! :) I have to be up at 5am for my ER shift, but it was totally worth it to stay up. I love your videos because they are really helpful and fun. much love xoxo

  • Is Germoline like Neosporin? Sometimes I use Neosporin on my infected zits.

  • we love your videos, could you please come and check out our videos =D x

  • Hi Amy, my cousin has psoriasis and 80% of her body is supposed to be covered with it. I have dermatitis and she told me that she picks little flowers called a Self Heal Flower and puts them into a tub of E45 cream. After 2 or 3 days the flowers decompose and it's been great for her, she only has psoriasis on her arms! I'm going to try it for my dermatitis. I live in Donegal and they're all over the fields here, google image them if you don't know what they look like. Hope I helped a little x

  • great vid lots of tips there. so generally spots round your mouth are hormones. if you suddenely get spots on forhead wud that be hormone too? havent changed hair products and dont have a fringe. (and in twenties so its not teen spots either.)

  • Have you found the germaline has faded your acne scars?

  • love your blonde hair much better

  • thanks for this! the anti ageing cream sounds good :)

  • Hey Amy, sorry if you said in your video, I just can't find it, but where did you get the Natura moisturiser??

  • @MsLusciouslaura In the organic supermarket in blackrock, they also sell online x

  • Your hair is really growing; what are you doing?

  • @sternwendy It's thanks to the 12 week blowdry I think :)

  • hey dazzle dust all products are very new to me i didnt heard but i ll search for them coz i need to remove my pimples spot ... can u tell me some thing about ingrown hairs how to get rid of them i ll be so thankful

    takecare

  • @cuteepie007 Hiya, exfoliation is the best way to get rid of them but more importantly it's the best way to prevent them. I use exfoliating gloves in the shower twice a week x

  • my excema has been acting up on my chin, neck and fingers. i have been using the very un-glamorous combination of olive oil with a little hydrocortisone cream. things are calming down for which i am grateful. regardless, the right side of my chin is always a little red, dry and flaky. ah well. thanks for taking the time to do this.

  • @northnailnut You poor thing. Off the skin care subject a bit but have you tried changing your diet to see if you see any improvements?

  • heey where is there a superdrug in dublin???

  • @Ljdylanmoranstuff , i dont think there is any .. they can only be found up the north in places such as enniskillen and belfast

  • @Ljdylanmoranstuff Yea there's a few! Tallaght, Swords...

  • @MsLusciouslaura thanks :)

  • Hi there, I'm glad to see the anti-aging face cream is working! I was very interested in that one because so far I haven't found anything that really suits my sensitive combination skin! I've jsut tried finding this online in the uk but I can't find it anywhere - so it looks like it's sold only in ireland or certain parts of europe... Do you know of any way I can get hold of this? Thanks, Ket

  • @Ketvdy Hi Ket, I could pick it up and send it if you like

  • @dazzledust25 Hiya, that would be great - a life saver actually! Let me know how you'd prefer to do it. I'm very new to online shopping so let me know your preference. Thanks, Ket x

  • @Ketvdy you can buy online now....wapo.ie also delivery to UK

  • Im 19 and I have dry skin. All I use on my face is johnson's baby natural cream (comes in green tube/pot) and I've never gotten any bad reactions. Smells great, moisturises well and it's only like 2euro from boots!! Give it a go ;)

  • @animeloverforeverxxx Ooh thanks for the tip:)

  • @dazzledust25

you have a really beautiful accent!

    Much love from Australia

  • @animeloverforeverxxx i use the same cream and never had any problem! its the best so far i hav tried and i hav used it for almost 2 yers now :D

  • @MsSamanthaX yea its a good cream and I dont think I'll be moving on to other creams since I want to avoid harsh chemicals. Its scary to think about what my skin will be like when Im older if I keep changing products!!

  • @animeloverforeverxxx exactly! dat cream is just too perfect. i am not moving away from dat cream too...it works magic for my face

  • @animeloverforeverxxx great will try that :)

  • You're great as usual ;)

    Take care

  • Can u help me,where is the organic shop in Ireland if I don't want to buy online??

  • My sister tried putting the Dream Cream on her arm and it also stings her too. So yep you do have to test the stuff out before you buy it.

  • After a month of really bad breakouts on my chin I have found the culprit... Revlon Photoready Foundation :( which is a shame as I love it, has anyone else had this problem? I also swear by bio-oil as an intensive moisterizer, it reduces redness and acne scarring x

  • I swear by Dream Cream and did my research into the parabens. Methyl paraben and propyl paraben are the mildest of parabens and they've been tested since the 1920s so have been passed by every world health authority and are safe because of their low toxicity and how our bodies process them when eaten in foods. Lush also use less than half the maxiumum amount so it's petty much as mild as they get really. ;-)

  • Ive always used Germalene its a live saver :)

  • If you want to try something pretty simple, use your current recipe but cut it with some aloe gel or di water and use a bit of emulsifying wax to thicken it.

Especially great if your current recipe is just too heavy but it's good for your skin and doesn't cause a breakout ;)

  • Great video I have changed my skincare routine, cut out all chemicals stuff and adapted for organic and my skin is great! thanks for this video gave me some ideas where to buy more stuff! I love dr.organic honey face wash and cream I thou break me out and it didn't!!

  • Your skin sounds a lot like mine, sensitive and reactive, maybe its the Irish, because I have been told I look Irish. Im very light, tend to look better with lighter hair, freckle easily and very sensitive. Good product reviews. Thanks.

  • fantastic video, I know exactly what you mean, a particular skincare item completely reacted to my skin. Ever since then I've been using organic/ natural based skincare items, and have learnt so much and am definitely not going back to higher end chemical filled products!

  • Can you do a review on that organic self tanner pretty please?

  • I find Bio oil is amazing as a moisturizer.....I have combination skin and am prone to breakouts...but it is the best thing I have ever used. It does leave you shiny when you first out it on...it is an oil after all...but in the morning I will put it on after i clean my face and let it settle into my skin while I have breakfast etc and then put my make up on. I use it morning and night and I love it!

  • It sounds like something I would have to test, but no online shop has brands. :-(

  • I'm on my second batch of Botanics skin care( Boots ) . The skin care range really helped clear up mine and my sister's skin, and in some products one of the ingredients is marshmallows - last long as well. x

  • xx im using a combination of yes to carrots products all over, but also for my face i have found that neem cream from a health food shop has really helped to clear up any spots, i also get them on my chin and jaw, and that has worked brilliantly. I am also using the nourishing night cream from bomar in kilcoole and also i use both their rose water and also the witchazel water as toners. i like to alternate between the two. i have also switched my foundation to bareMinerals as its so gentle x

  • parabens are bad for your skin, they actually excrete a harmone chemical that alters your cells makeup which is bad. just an fyi...

  • your skin looks lovely in this video !! :)

  • just the video i needed to see after a week of breakouts n my neck and jaw!! thanks x

  • @ellbelle08 Good luck clearing your breakout x

  • the superdrug vitamin e range, its so cheap but my skin has never been clearer!!! the scrub is amazing and has real oats in too and smells lovely :)

  • @louiseycheesey101 Ooh thanks for the heads up :)

  • hey was just wondering if you use an anti aging or wrinkle eye cream? I am 23 and I am concerned about fine lines that are forming under my eyes so thought you might be able to recommend something that would help in preventing these getting worse

  • @sarahkelly87 I don't use one, the always clog the pores around my eyes and cause white bumps. I always said at after 25 I would use an eyecream but I still get the white bumps. You might be better off using a gel formulation since your skin is so young.

  • @dazzledust25 thanks will look for a gel one so and hope for the best :)

  • @MelanieRGore I do indeed. It's €3.50 shipping worldwide regardless of the order size. The store is makeupandbeauty.ie, and click on the soap store icon on the right panel x

  • This video really confused me. I wish for everyone who is watching that you got a bit more informed on skin care products and skin care myths before testing so much on your own skin, which baffles me.Please believe me,I am just genuinely concerned about what you are doing after having followed your videos for quite a while. I suggest cosmeticscop for more independent style information on skin care based solely on well documented research on skin care. All the best with ur skin struggles!! xox

  • @spitzmaus1979 Thank you :) I research all of the skin care products before I buy. I agree that it's hard to know what's in products but I am as informed as is humanly possible for me at the moment. Thanks for watching x

  • Hey, is it possible to buy the moisturiser you mentioned that you make yourself? The one that's intensely moisturing with shea butter and cocoa butter. Sounds like just the type of moisturiser i need!

    Great vid!

  • @TheCplusJ Yep it's on the site - there is a coconut version in the Boho Beach Set and then the ordinary version also. Shipping worldwide is €3.50 regardless of order size. They are on the shop on my website (makeupandbeauty.ie) Cheers :) x

  • thanks for the great info! can you please tell me the full name and brand of the anti aging moisturizer? The link doesn't seem to be working for me :( Thanks! xx

  • @Leelee1926 Apologies, the link is now fixed :) x

  • you spelled favourite wrong!

  • @vinhdieulisa haha thanks!

  • when u off on your holliers??

  • You're so sweet and gorgeous, Amy!!! Thanks for this video, I've been looking for some GOOD natural products, there are so few I can use!!!

  • great vid Amy the moisturiser looks really gud

  • Recently in the past few weeks I've been breaking out really badly along my nose, in between my eyebrows and above my eyebrows. I don't know what it is or why but I'm starting to think it's similar to what happened you and that I may just have sensitive skin. I use clean and clear cleanser and moisturizer. I'm not sure what's wrong I usually don't get spots apart from the one.

  • do you like aveeno products?

  • I want to try those products, but when there organic or from the natural shops their too hard too find :(

  • I love this video :)

    Your voice is lovely! xxxx

  • thanks good vid!!
