Burning the tire on a private road has nothing to do with insurance rates. The rates are higher due to the amount of damage that is usually done due to the speed most idiots crash at on these machines. It's a stigma that is just out there assuming fast vehicle=faster avg speed. Kinda like when we were 16 and our rates were high as hell.

it was the radiator hose actually and it sprayed us with boiling hot coolant LOL.

The bike never siezed up even after carrying on burning out for another half hour or so...but not much left of rear wheel haha
