I just finished watching "Whores on Crutches" yes, it was funny., better then her last two, although not her funniest stuff ever (like Allegedly, Strong Black Woman).. and now I'm watching a bunch of interviews she did to promote the special, and here's what I really don't like: In all the interviews, she's just basically doing her stand-up routine word-for-word. I miss the old Kathy when it was ..more..'real' somehow.. still love her though :)

I totally get what you mean though but it's understandable with all of the press she does - you eventually run out of stories. Sometimes there are a lot of fictional/exaggerations as well (on D-List she said she didn't go to the Grammys, but in one of the specials she said she hit the floor next to Chris Martin at the same Grammys).

@altheiakay Perhaps, but she wasn't always like this. I remember back in the day when she was able to do interviews without it sounding like she's memorized what she's saying beforehand. I do agree with you, though. Personally, I think one of the reasons for this change is those assholes at Bravo. At a book signing she told us that she's been having problems with them asserting too much creative control on how she appears;they even cut the D-List shorter and refused to order 10 eps.
