I download music files from Ares & I put them in my windows media player to burn them and create my own cool personal CDs

Loading to burn:

I often get a file error messages.. such as;

-You cant burn this file

-Your cd is the wrong speed

- There is no CD inserted in the drive

- The dreaded red exclamation marks appear during the burning process and its burn stop! & abort mission.

Out of 10 songs downloaded; 1 might burn to CD

Is Tonido the cure for this issue I have with shared music files?

Tonido runs in your web browser, so if you close out your web browser, Tonido itself is still running. To close Tonido itself, right click on its icon in the system tray, and click Shutdown. Your files never go to a web server, all you are doing when you access your files remotely using Tonido is connecting to your computer through the internet. Tonido just provides an interface that makes it easier to access and use your files. Hope this helps!

I dont think so, but i dont use it for syncing contacts, i use it for syncing files..

I use it at my school, when i am working on somthing, then i upload it to DropBox, and when i am home, i continue working on it... Pretty useful. :P

I found LiveMesh to be a resource hog during my trial. It was using up to 100Meg, which is far too much for an application that waits idle most of the time. It also seemed to be uploading "something" periodically, which creates security and bandwidth concerns.

The Silverlight interface also has problems in Firefox. This is because of MS's ridiculous "we don't care about anything other that IE" attitude.
