Are you off on weekends? If you are, drink about 12 ounces on Friday evening with your dinner. Saturday morning you should be able to go to the bathroom. I never suffered from diarrhea.

This tea is only $1.33 a day and can do so much for your health. I gave up Starbucks and love this tea every day.
