@Rickstilwell1 I know it's been a year since you asked this, but since nobody responded, I figured I would. You get it from the Rock Mountain Cave. It shows up there at random, and is really rare.
I named my character Herb and got the same growth. I also prefer Str. & Agi. over HP & MP, but some people may not, so it's only "perfect" for our needs.
Also the cursed items and Dragon Scale serve no purpose. You keep the stat increase of the latter even after selling it. These 3 slots could be used for useful things, like Wings & Torch (just in case you run out of MP and can't use Return or Radiant), and Fairy Water. To me, that would be more ideal.
I spent ages on this game. I kept on looking for the nonexisting Erdrick shield so I never completed the game.

@hammerhead300 oh that's the same one where you get the fighters' ring? Is it in a chest or dropped by a monster?

@Rickstilwell1 Yep, same one. If I remember right, it's in one of the chests that normally contains gold.
