@McChilla1 Because it's ccpm the controls are a bit more complicated and they'll take about 10 flights to get comfortable with; but once you're fine with the controls you can start getting used to different orientations, and eventually do much more things in the air than you could do with a co-axial. :)
is that realy a auto rotation ?? when the 250 is not getting anny power from the motor the tail stops spinning , so basicly you can not do a auto rotation whit a 250 , everyone whit a trex / HK 250 grap your heli and spin your blades whit your finger , are the tail blades moving ?? i gues not , now grap the main gear and turnit around , now the tail works !! so how do you do that auto rotation ?
@lordlapswans You don't need a tail rotor to autorotate! If there's no torque from the motor, the heli won't spin, so you can autorotate with a little bit speed, that the tail doesn't start to turn, because of the friction of the bearings. (That isn't the torque of the rotor, only the friction!)
Even though the tail doesnt spin, can you still control the yaw while auto'ing?

Lordlapswans, your an idiot, if the rotors are not being driven you don't need a tail. It will weather vain.

@lordlapswans you dont need tail if torque is not anymore being applyed to the main blades... like all oldschool helis !!

good job, any chance for an inverted auto?
pitchp250 1 year ago
@pitchp250 Not much energy is stored in those little blades, I doubt it´s enough to do an inverted auto. Would be awesome though ;)

wow i didnt think a 250 could auto what blades?

@YourFriendlyMe Blade type doesn't matter, I've done mine with both standard plastic and carbon fiber blades.

Incredible. Autorotations are really hard with a 250
Axiomatic75 2 years ago
Very nice! I hope I could do so too, if it´s necessary. ;)

Wow,nice autos! Nice canopy too.
Is the 250 much more "nervous" than 450 heli? I'm still hesitanting which to choose and I really like these all 250 helis...

The 250 flies very, very well.
But I didin't flow the 450 Pro, only the Se V2.
