Am new to Halo, have some Qs. If I Drop Shield an Armorer Locker, will the AL's EMP blast knock the shield down? Will the blast toss aside a grenade that lands near it & remains inert by holding the trigger on the Grenade Launcher? A good # of vids I see involve ALocking while opponens are in the same room, or else, guys just standing there waiting for a guy's AL to wear off. Saw AL got updated w/ the TU. Thought it would have been easier to make it useless against EMP weaps, like the PPistol.

Well, I hate AL b/c I can't use it. I play customs games offline splitmode & I get killed while its AL is on. Since it dosen't do anything, I use Drop Shield plus all other abilities which work just fine. Have not found any help so am clueless. Hopefully the Title Update (which I still don't have)fixes that bug. But got to wait 2 more weeks to get it.

I admit, I use armor lock all the time, especially when the match is filled with annoying grenade spammers. My defense to this video is that if you don't know how to counter Armor lock then yes, you make it overpowered and make it seem like a ridiculous armor ability. I have used armor lock correctly many times and still, because the other players know what they're doing, get my ass kicked. I've also done the same to others. It's a matter of strategy and how you use it to counter armor lock use.

The problem i have is when people are camping with said weapons, especially in groups and in small rooms.
