@itasasufanforever the game quality is poor since this is pretty much Dynasty Warriors One Piece. but graphically this looks better then Ultimate Ninja Storm generations since with this game they managed to blend detail with anime-esque graphics which looks really good but that's just my opinion.

@Revix77 Idk if the graphics are better than Ultimate Ninja Storm. The difference was mostly due to the fact that:

(less graphics + more enemies = pretty non-lagging game)

(lots of enemies + high details = tend to lag)

You get my drift? Meaning Ninja Storm was more of a fighting game and like most fighting games tend to be able to put more detailed graphics in the game. One Piece will be limited. Nevertheless, both games are fun.

X) but the game genre has no effect on the graphics (its actually the console which sets the limitations and a PS3 is able to support HQ graphics.) also this being a console game the chances of lag are slim anyways. plus the Ultimate Ninja series along with the stages,and numerous characters, also has a large free-roam gameworld that can be explored which makes it a lot more packed then this could be (as this game is a Beat'em Up).

@Revix77 No. The graphics depends on the game itself. You ever notice that anime games tend to low down the graphics? Tekken 6 contained a beat-em-up and those graphics were really good. I know for a fact PS3 has better graphic-games than the Xbox 360 but it may be that the game (because its also for the xbox 360) had to lower the graphics. Idk. I just want the new Dynasty Warriors to have a few better graphics. I wished they make a Naruto Dynasty Warriors.

@Halo44327 dude the graphics really are limited by the console (not the game itself or the genre cause there are a lot of examples to prove that wrong.) look at games released on Wii PS3 and 360. the Wii Version of said game would always have poorer graphics due to the wii being less powerful then the 360 and PS3 in the graphics department. also the PS3 and 360 don't have a giant gap between graphics. (its actually quite small.)

@onrode Well I get where your going at. I know. Dynasty Warriors series (not just this game) needs to up their graphics. i know they can do it. I guess unlike Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series is not a "Dynasty Warriors-style" gameplay. Thats more of a fighting game. The Bleach game for the PS3 has the similar gameplay as Dynasty Warriors but even that too didn't have the "greatest" graphics. At LEAST the game looks fun. And One Piece already had fighting games. I think this will be fun.

@onrode But I talked to a Gamestop manager (one of my good friends) and he says that its about time they upped their graphics a little since they used the same graphics since the PS2 games basically. Its fun game. I was somewhat pissed they released this "Dynasty Warriors 7 1/2 game called Xtreme which was just a way to snag your money. That ticked me off. However gameplay is fun. Graphics is not everything but it will appease a good amount of players. Look at CoD series for instant

@onrode (Continuing on my explanation) Look at Call of Duty series. I am not sure if your a fan or not or played it at least but people were screaming about how Black Ops graphics were worse than ever and Modern Warfare 3 graphics were better. Graphics are a big thing and somewhat I think that is why people downgraded Dynasty Warriors games to a score of 7/10. Its because that small problem with graphics. I like Dynasty Warriors PERIOD. But I would like to see SOME improvement.

@Halo44327 graphics aren't actually that big of a thing. they really just make the game look more appealing. on top of that CoD is a lackluster series who's graphics for the past like 3 games have reamined pretty much the same (this conclusion is based off of playing the recent CoD games.) but that's beside the point. and DW games overall are average at best due mainly due to the Poor AI not so much the graphics.

@Revix77 But actually the graphics for Black Ops was argued to be poor than MW3 is now. But to be fairly honest, the graphics in Black Ops had more "details" in the small stuff like a sign or magazine. If you look at MW3 graphics its somewhat notched down a bit. Graphics is important too. My brother-in-law is a video game designer and he says its important. AI in Dynasty Warriors is MEANT to be weak. I mean that point of Dynasty Warriors is to be almost invincible. Like a god.

@Halo44327 i didn't say graphics aren't important just that they aren't a big deal. in terms of importance they really only help make a game's appeal when it comes down to it. (look at games from the 90s-2005 that are GOLD yet their graphics aren't all that spectacular.) i mean what draws one back is usually the gameplay, story, or even the characters. Dynasty Warriors for ex. gives one the sense of being god-like in battle. HOWEVER! its lack of difficulty presents no challenge to the player.
