@crin2000 I think it means release resistance, accept the moment, try not to be to specific about being down, about the reason if there's any, remember that it's temporary and slowly, try to focus on things that are positive. Being focus in this case means be aware of where you are vibrationaly.... in my understanding. :)
If the down is less extreme then the uo is less extreme (5:50) Be focused ;)))
