It was smart for Nerf to make it impossible to dry-fire the new Nerf guns. Dry-firing Nerf guns can seriously hinder the range and reliability.

Hadn't thought about it until now, but, you can chamber a disc, eject the clip and put another disc in it to get it back up to ten so your Praxis has eleven rounds. Don't know why I didn't try this already.

the praxis CAN hold 11 discs but its hard to do in the middle of combat. If you take the magazine and load one disc, you can still drop the mag and insert one disc. so you have 10 in the mag and 1 in the chamber. hope this helps!

@yayapfool People spend their money on this because airsoft you have to be serious and aim only on the body, legs, and etc. Nerf you can have as much fun as you want because Nerf Products will not injure you severly. Nerf you may have to where glasses but airsoft you have to where armour, helmets, stronger glasses and etc. LIKE my comment if you agree!!!

Thanks Drac! I now must convince my mom and dad to take me to the store sometime. This gun is really cool, and will probably get me to play nerf more often. It does get longer ranges than streamlines so i will use it for sniping
