u can get this at any store that sells halloween stuff,theres a tube that travels to the mask and then the blood runs down,u have to squeeze this rubber heart that comes with it and it travels threw a tube to the mask and down it.

hhahahaah it looks like some people dont know that mask, here in greece we have halloween for 4 weeks but we are not having trick or treating :( we just were masks and you can see masks all over the place, and the last sunday we are doing mask party anyway the point is that here almost everyone wears the bloody mask hahaha i remember in junior high we were having mask party at school so the invitation was like " wear whatever you like but not a scream mask" because the parents didint like S.MASK

@pudding3601 I used to have that mask. The blood sticks after a while and blocks up the pump, but it should be fine until halloween is over.

@pudding3601 you can use the blood over or if you want you can make blood by buying some red and blue food coloring and mix it with water and put it in the hear pump......hope this helps:)

@pudding3601 pal i got one the way you make it pour is by squeezing a plastic heart and it fills back up in seconds, you can use it over and over and over again. :D so sorry for late reply lol!

@pudding3601 The blood is pumped, once it cycles through the mask it flows to the bottom of the mask, it goes through a tube and back in the pump, so its unlimited

The blood is reusable. It just flows out goes back into the pump, then, when you squeeze the heart it bleeds out then it goes on and on so yes. You DON'T have to refill or buy more fake blood. its like a cycle.
