Very nice recipe. I grew up in Philadelphia and had scrapple every Sunday with our bacon, eggs and French Toast. I now live in Arizona and unless it's special ordered, they don't sell it here. I'm gonna try this recipe and maybe can convince my girlfriend to try it (she grew up in Utah and thinks scrapple is gross). Will be using a beef roast instead of pork to please her, but I'm assuming it'll come out about the same in the end! :)
