this takes a while but i did it it help me get a bunch of acheivments for the game what u do is first go to rosters then player breakdown and then with what ever team u want u click on them and press edit go to there stats and put everything to 99 that is needed do it with the whole team and then it is easy!!!! i have like 10 acheivments already from it in 2 days and i play 1 hour a day

you change the stats by going to my madden and then player statistics... pile ups are hard, but if your player get's the ball first it makes it easier...don't worry I suck at pile ups too I always loose them on xbox live, and you rewind by turning rewind on endless times...before the game click RB or LB to change the settings...
