  • Thank you soo much! i am over weight and scared to admit it but you know what i am going to start today on everything you said. i always told myself its just baby fat but theni would always get offended when my mom would talk to me but i see that she does this to make sure im healthy. you are suck a big inspiration :)

  • When I get a chocolate craving, I eat a package of one of the skinnycow products. :) They aren't that bad for you, and they don't really hurt your diet if you have 2packets a week. :D

  • @krazykatgirlz12 Since I eat 5 small meals a day, for lunch I would probably have like a turkey wrap with a side of carrots or a yogurt with fruit.

  • @yessibooge12 You could go anywhere in between the range of like 1,200 to 1,500. I just do 1,200 because I can still have a healthy diet and I lose weight.

  • @missrosebud2009 That's the average. The lowest safest amount of calories that a teen girl can consume for weight loss is 1,200. It worked for me. I wouldn't recommend something that could harm my viewers.

  • @PoisonedSunny Because you're normal body weight and you're younger, I would suggest 1600 calories. You'd have to do cardio exercise to get rid of the belly fat. :)

  • Hey there, i'm 5frrt 5 inches and i weight 119lbs. I would like to loose like 20 lbs till the summer , but everytime i start i don't have enought motivation to keep doing it. So i was wondering how can i get motivated and how do you know the calories of each thing you put in your mouth.? any websites or something? I'm 14 :) + I really like your videos and you're gorgeous. :))

  • Another source for cardio that I do is 20-25 minutes walking up and down my stairs. It pumps up your heart rate and helps gain muscle in your legs and thighs :)

  • Im 15, and i weigh 200 pounds.. :/ I lost 40 pounds about a year ago(i have gained it back) But when i lost weight i only lost it in my tummy.. Is there any tips for maybe loosing weight but also loosing it in the arms and legs just not in the tummy.. My tummy gets better looking but my legs and arms dont...

  • @KattVamp Well if you did cardio exercises then you would burn off fat all over your body. I would also recommend googling some exercises to target your legs and arms, then you can chose which ones you would be comfortable doing. If you want more tips you can always watch my other videos! :)

  • @FabDiva49 Try joining cross country. :) I LOVE running and I've met lots of nice people and I stay active. Which, in turn, helps me keep off the extra pounds and motivates me to eat healthier! ^_^ sprinters (track people who do 100 meter sprints usually have bulkier legs. But llong distance runner sfennerally have slimmer legs. :) hope this helped!

  • Im around 5'4 and i wear around 115, i dont want to actually lose weight i just want to firm my thighs up cause they're not very firm, and lose some of the fat off my hips, do you (or anyone reading this) have any tips?

  • @nataniaclarks I would say that drinking a glass of water before eating would make you feel fuller fast. It's also a great choice because it doesn't have any calories. So yeah, I would say that it does work! :) You're welcome! I'm glad I could help! :D

  • @Macbarbie867 blindfold Ur self when u eat, DO NOT starve Ur self DO NOT do crunches do push ups run/walk everyday 30 mins no soda that's one of the reasons people gain so much weight, Uuuhh eat almonds drink a lot of water eat three times a day eat berries and fish hope i helped btw im 12 and was kinda overweight but if u keep it up u will lose like 5 pounds in two weeks!!

  • @MsPonykins I can definitely help you with that! You can message me foods that you like to eat for lunch and I can give you healthier substitutes for them! You have to remember that healthy weight loss is up to 2 pounds a week! I weighed A LOT more than you do at your age! :)

  • @SaskiaNicole1 I started in October 2010 so it took me about 6.5 - 7 months to lose 50 pounds. It's been a year now and I've lost 71 pounds. If you were to lose the recommended amount of weight each week (1-2 pounds), you could lose up to 22 pounds by January. You could lose more though, it really depends on if you stick to the diet and keep up with exercising. I would probably aim for 20 pounds instead. You don't want to get overwhelmed. :)

  • @hellothisISmeeee It really depends on how many calories you consume in a day. In order to lose weight you need burn more calories than what you take in. You also have to keep in mind that you burn calories just by everyday things like walking and just being alive. I would recommend instead of losing pounds, you should focus on toning your arms and butt with certain exercises. There are tons of videos for that on here! Thanks for the feedback! :D

  • I like this video. I especially like the positive mental attitude. I believe this is a great tool that can be used in all aspect of live. If you really want to accomplish something in life you got to be positive about it. As for me, i am committed to help teenagers to lose weight in a healthy way.

  • @TheCoco152 Thank you! :D I'm not quite sure about 35 pounds, but you could definitely lose in the upper 20's or lower 30's if you lost 1-2 pounds per week (which is the recommended amount for healthy weight loss). However, you could lose more per week. It really just depends on how much exercise you do and your diet changes. Since you're younger I would suggest a higher calorie intake, 1,600 (or even 1,700) should do the trick. Don't over do it with dieting and exercising though! Good luck! :)
