The first one I saw was when his friend John introduced himself, about 1-2seconds after he says "Dec 10, 1989; it flys right passed the door. The one in this video comes out from the door as his hand is touching the knob to open the door, at about 1:09; just before he opens it. I always look for the non obvious.

No no you can see the editing in this, even the cut frames here and there, plus the guys who did it used some very basic filters in whatever editing software they used (my guess is adobe premiere). All of these ghost videos are about as real as a cabot or a griffin. What i believe is that a "ghost" is a prescence that is a remnant of someone who made such an impression during their life that their presence can still be felt. You can only feel it not see it. People who see ghosts are either hallucinating or trying so hard to understand the afterlife (which u cant until u die) that they make up these stories.
