There's an easier way to get a wandering pokemon, you go to twinleaf town, and go out the only exit and then back until the pokemon appears in the route you're on. then use a repel and run around in the grass to find it, then attack it, and let it run. repeat until you catch it

Be sure to bring alot of quick balls and repels

also this works in other places than twinleaf, except those have more than one exit, so the pokemon might (frustratingly) appear in the route on the other side of town

Well said. I'll admit, I just got an Action Replay, but I don't use it on my Pokemon, I use it to amuse me (Temporary shines, walk through walls, etc). I already have a kick ass team consisting of the buddies who were always with me, and almost all of them are level 100 leveled by training: Infernape 100, Aura (Lucario) 100, Sphinx (Luxray) 100, Staraptor 100. And if you love your pokemon and are dedicated to them, training doesn't really take that long.
