@sanuna1290 most of the fam lives in brooklyn where I used to live too, but no worries like I have mentioned before, i plan to make a dabkeh team outside the fam because i've performed and taught a student club in buffalo and I would like to continue that in ny/nj now.

@sanuna1290 | i replied back to you on the other video you commented on for a clearer answer, weddings vs other occasions work differently for me & the fam, for weddings we only performed in our own weddings & kept it that way since day 1 as a family tradition, but for any other occasion, that is where I would make a dabkeh group & perform like what I have done in buffalo. But if i know a team that is willing to perform for your wedding, I will let them know, no problem. sorry for the confusion

I've seen many dabkeh teams and mashallah very good ones from back home and here, always givin them props, so much appreciated giving us the compliment. Getting paid is something our family hasn't thought about doing yet because we keep it inside the family, I, myself, may choreograph a Dabkeh team of my own once I am settled back in NY whenever that may be.
