All you do is hold down the jump button when climbing out of the water. :)

I keep selecting the costume I want in extra but when I start a level it's the default.Someone help PLEASE.

you have to finish the game and select the suit you want when you start the level extras are just to show you what they are like

outfit and

difficulty.

press down and select outfit then choose the outfit.

It's actually modified, so it replaces the legend outfit.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that this is a custom outfit. If you have Texmod or Tomb Ripper you can alter costumes and levels.

As for the gold: When you step on the gold plate to open the door before the fight with Rutland, wait for the door to Rutland fully opens but instead of running in to fight him, run back down the steps and turn to the rope, you'll see the doors that were closed when you enter the room are now open and you can run in to get the gold - remember to be quick tho' to get in!

At the end of the level when you stand on the pressure plate and it opens the door to Rutland It is also opening the big door on the bottom so quikly run down and get the gold.

You have to get the gold rewards I think for costumes... on each level, I cant get the Bolivia or England one :(
