  • Many years ago when I lived in London, I would go to this church on

Sunday morning. I think it was in Kentish Town and across the road

was a pub that Finbarr used to play and I would sit in the back seat

so that I could hear him playing. It was the best Mass I was ever at!!!!

  • scottishfiddle lesson your an asshole have some respect.

  • @rathlee12 Perhaps switch on the sense of humour module before you read ScottishFiddleLesson's post again, and perhaps also realise that he may personally know Finbarr...

  • It never ceases to amaze me what beauty a lone man and a single instrument can produce whilst propped up on an ould stone wall.

There's an amazing skill and thousands of hours practice, and a talent only a very few ever get close to in this little video from Cork.

  • Fairplay Finbar, Mighty Playing! Thanks for all the great music that you gave us through the years, Those of us that were lucky enough to meet you and hear you live over the past few years were definitely privileged and those people that didn't appreciate the great contribution you gave to Music and the Irish Tradition just don't deserve to have even heard you.! I'd love to see if "these people" that are casting very personal stones have made any contribution this significant or any at all!

  • Finbar Dwyer sits in carparks i nearly ran him over in
