buddy you obviously dunno anything, your 4x4 has the same ratio front and back unless you are a dipshit and replace the gear ratios.. so you can run 4x4 at any speed, you are right it is HARD on your tranny....

all hunting... you do not no anything about have cars or trucks work do you? if it is four wheel drive then you have four wheels with power going to them not one on the front or one in the rear... if you have open diffs(no limited slip or locker) then you may have two tires spinning on either front or rear or even on either side but there is still power going to the ones that are not spinning and will move in less you in deep mud or sand and you sink

actually 4x4 is two drive wheels back right and front left tires are the ones that turn. if you have the off road package then the rear locker ingages and now you have 3 wheel drive (back two and one front) the only way you can have true 4 wheel drive is with lockers in the front and rear axle. so a 4x4 does not have 4 tires spinning its commmmon sence. BESIDES WHAT KIND OF A GUY DRIVES A CAR??
