I think that strategic default my be the only option for homeowners the are given the run around trying to get loan mods. If more people do this the banks would be force to works with homeowners to keep them in there homes.

I didn't hear much to about the morals of bankers when Washington gave them billions

of tax dollars.

As far as I'm concerned if the banks can accept help they should give it.

If not you should walk rather than struggle for years for your (moral obligations)
