macs arent immune to viruses they dont get viruses cause people dont make them to effect the mac because not as many people own macs so it would only effects say 5% to the 95% of pc's ... i dont know the real %'s its anexample

That's not entirely always true...It all depends on the type of processor and the graphics card the laptop has. Macbooks are expensive because they usually have Intel Core processors and mid-ranged graphics card booked inside them, whereas the processors and graphics cards of laptops with Windows range from very crappy to very good.
