@MamoruMe by inner-clip synchronization I mean the technique when you synchronize the action right in the clip to the beat, like on 0:22 with Aang hitting the rock or Jet breaking Dai Lee gloves, they do it right simultaneously with the beat of the song, or on 0:29 when Toph makes a blow. That's the best and the most spectacular thing in amvs, the thing which gives most pleasure IMO!!!!=)))))
