For people who can't get out.

Go under the elevator that has the electric charge machine. Press LT+RB on it for xbox 360...but press it multiple times back to back it will push the elevator very high and if you stand under it you should see a big opening you can graple to with RB. I hope that helps some of you having trouble getting out of there. I was having the same problems hope I could help out.

Whenever I zap the elevator motor, it just moves a few feet then moves back after the charge stops.

In order to go back up from the basement, you have to stand below the elevator and make it go up and then quickly grapple up through the gap you came down through before the elevator comes back down!

@dragonforce5able what you have to do s stand directly underneath the elevator, make it go up, and quickly grapple up to a ledge that forms, you can use that to get on the roof of the elevator
