She's lip syncing. notice that the pitch of her voice doesn't change with the range of the mic to her mouth. There is a lot of background noise during a concert from the crowds and the band. When a musician is actually singing they keep the mic super close to their mouths. Here, she sings at one point with the mic about 6+ inches from her face with no change in voice pitch. How sad . . . .

I worked as a radio dj back in the 80's in Canada. I went to England and saw Berlin on their Count 3 and Pray tour opening for Frankie Goes To Hollywood at Wembley. After the show I did an interview with Terri and Rob Brill. I got a couple of pics taken with them. In 1 I was to the right of Terri and as the pic was snapped she put her hand between my legs and gave me a squeeze. I was 19 then and 42 now. It is one of my top memories

I saw Berlin on wed Sept 9 1984 at the U of U Event center in Salt Lake City Utah..... It was a KILLER show, The Thompson Twins were the opening act., That was one of the best SOUNDING concerts! They had clean and thunderous bass ....Section T.....Row 10......Seat 9

The guy on the right playing the guirtar is Ric Olsen. I use to work for him in 1980 at May Company Westminster California. I was an undercover store detective. He was my Security manager and when he interviewed me and I told him I wanted to be a cop, he said, "I am going to be a rock and roll star." He got his wish :)
