At the moment i have a Panasonic NVGS250b which is a budget 3CCD MiniDV camera. The bumper cam is a Dog Cam Pro. You dont need a great camera to record onto as the quality is only ever going to be as good as the feed from the bumper cam,just make sure you get something with an AV IN and you cant go too far wrong. hope this helps
