How did Aggieville and Todd Rd. fair? My husband and I used to live on Todd Rd.

Aggieville and Todd are fine. Really the areas that had major damage were limited to Miller Ranch, Amherst Drive, Anderson Ave near Lee School, parts of Hunting, Thackery, Sunset, College Heights, and the KSU Campus.

I think we live a few blocks from you. We didn't get any damage, but I might have a few pieces of your insulation in my yard... I was down in my cellar with a 12 pack of beer listening to it go by. That was plenty close for me...

I hope you guys didn't end up with too much damage. I went out right after the storm and only found mostly fallen trees and a couple messed up roofs. Nothing like what they had in the south part of town... Was it all the same tornado?

It was one big tornado (check out the SkyCam footage vid on youtube). Yeah, actually my house was untouched, save a bunch of foam, insulation, and pieces of roofing that fell on my house, yard, and car. We're just a bit below the crest of the hill on College Heights (/Hunting/Lee street hill), so I think it just jumed over our house like a MotoCross rider at the Xgames off a dirt ramp. And yeah, I was drinkin on some Bud Light in my basement too-LoL

Dang it.That was our best university.We haven't had a tornado hit us yet.Last night ut hit derby so we're lucky.

Yeah, I actually went to KU for a year myself, so I don't have as much anamocity towards the Hawks as most K-Staters. I actually still cheer for KU unless they're playing KSU and was sporting my red KU hat in Aggieville the night of the National Title game. That guy who made the sick comment was jest a sad pathetic excuse for a Bostonian in my view. Thanks for your prayers!
