I love the music! <3 And I like that the commentators speaks kind of "softly", so it's not that disturbing ^^ Anyone know the name of the music pieces?
@VanillaSkyPoet The truth is that none of what we see in the modern dressage respect the morphology of horses. All of this end up with long term consequences on the horse health. (read @equidae comment) If you want to see real dressage google Richard L.Watjen To understand my point of view better a very good book is the one of Gerd Heuschmann. (google it)l you will get the full explanations.
Someone please tell me if FEI standards for extended trot are different than USDF standards. The USDF standard states that the hind feet should land well forward of where the front foot on the same side lands. The slow motion of the extended trot here shows clearly that the hind feet are landing well behind the prints from the front feet -- i.e., NOT true extensions, just big movement in the front end. It's not just this mare that does it either, it's ALL the GP horses these days.
@equidae Finally someone I am agree with! Dressage GP dressage those day is bullshit, before making all that passage and pirouette non sense. Riders should learn how to trot.
"...and together they won Mechelen competition. Her morther Amor was a very talented dressage prospect (7th in World Young Horse Championships).... Nickname is "Sisi". Just remember that with Totilas they scored a breathtaking 89.80% in the World cup Final 2010...."
'Here come the world champion in title E.Gal with Totilas, you can hear the crowd saluting the champion. Totilas is now sold....to Matthais Rath...but E.Gal is here ! And with a mare, Sisther de Jeu, from Gribaldi (he was 11th with Gribaldi in the 2007 World Cup Final). Sisther de Jeu is here to show us what can be the Edward Gal's future, which talented horses he can draw.... This mare was 3rd in he World Cup Kür in London Olympia ....
she is so much better in this test then she was on the first one, on april 28.. she is awesome!
idk what these people are saying in french, but all I hear at the end of Gal's and other rider's test is '..bla bla bla Totilas bla bla Totilas'a haha can someone please translate?
The horse is beautiful, but is ultra tense! What the hell was that "extended" walk????
