Whoa,Giratina isn't Satan.Unacceptable.If you pay careful attention to the video game scenes,Cyrus is trying to destroy Distortion World,but Giratina steps in to protect it.Also when he was banished for it's violence.It's probably a dark story where Giratina,without thinking,tried to either fuse together his world to the old one,or he simply rejected the fact he has to live alone and bare his responsibilities,which he later got pissed and destroy everything.

Giratina origin form is one of the coolest legendaries design wise. seriously, also in pokemon platinum giratina was depicted perfectly: a being that is the shadow itself. its appearence was, lets face it, one of the darkest and most eerie in the history of the game. shadows splattering on the floor and giratina leaping at the screen was flipping scary, but awesome! :D love how cyrus' speech warps as giratina strikes!
