I like it but human nature being what it is, what do you do when people move away or simply don't give back?

This is such a great idea! I love this. Metro Detroit (the world, really) needs more of these ideas with good follow-through. We're trying to help people in our own way by giving away money with the hope that it will encourage people to give back to their community.
